The Bank of America Elevate Diversity Forum provides undergraduate Black, African American, Hispanic,
Latino, Alaskan Native and American Indian freshmen and sophomore students the opportunity to
participate in a one and a half day emersion experience to kick start your career.
Hosted by our businesses professionals, you will have the opportunity to hear first-hand of their
experience while learning about the unique culture and history of the Bank. You will have the
opportunity to meet with senior leaders and industry experts, in addition to attending workshops and
learning how the recruiting process works.

The Bank of America Emerging Women’s Program is a one and a half day insight program for freshmen and
sophomore women interested in our business. This event provides a unique opportunity to meet business
professionals first -hand, learn about the financial services industry, and start preparing for the application
process.
As a participant you will learn about the unique culture and vast history of Bank of America, while taking part
in one on one interactions with our senior leaders, and participating in skill-building workshops.
Students of all majors are encouraged to apply and learn more about our exciting industry.

The Bank of America Ignite with Tech is a one and a half day enrichment experience focused on developing
your technical and leadership skills. This targeted program offers Black/African American and Hispanic/Latino,
freshman and sophomore students the unique insight into how you can use your computer science and
computer engineering degree to make an impact on a global scale.
You’ll have the opportunity to take part in dynamic case studies, practice your presentation skills, and enhance
your business acumen through interactions with business professionals and industry experts. Our award
winning technology business will showcase some of our exciting innovations, so you can experience firsthand
why technology is at the heart of everything we do.
