Sadness can just happen.
It can be hard to talk about
sadness.
Everyone feels sad at some time.

Things you can do
to feel better
Drink less coffee.
Remember to eat at least three
meals a day. Try to get up quite
early. Try not to sleep during
the day.
Try to do at least one thing
each day, make a plan for
the day.
There are lots of things you
can do to help.
If you can, try and go for a
walk in the morning.
Listen to music.
Exercise and fresh air can
make a difference.
Be good to yourself!
Remember that alcohol can
make you feel worse.
Do something that you like.

someone you can trust
