Process for the On-Line Payment of Fees for the
Academic Year 2015-16
For All Students of SSGMCE
All the new students seeking admission to First Year B. E., Direct Second Year B. E., First
Year M. E & M.B.A. should note that the Admission Fees of the exact amount mentioned in
the Admission Fees Notice is to be paid through State Bank Collect ONLY.
The Admission Fees will not be accepted in CASH or CHEQUE under any
circumstances.
The instructions for the Payment of
Admission Fees through State Bank Collect
All the students are hereby informed that for the payment of admission fees for session
2015-16 they are required to observe the following steps.
The Tuition Fees and Hostel Fees can be paid through Sate Bank Collect banking from
anywhere. Facility can be operated by student’s parents also through their online banking
facility or by using ATM Card/ Credit/Debit Card. However, they should enter their ward’s
details correctly. The steps stated below shall be strictly followed.
This facility is available to students and parents having “SBI internet banking facility or
SBI ATM-cum-Debit Card” Account Online Transaction facility”.
In addition to this, the students and parents having “Other Bank Debit Cards or Credit
Cards” can also log on to www.onlinesbi.com and make their Payments of Fees through
this portal following the instructions given below.
Instructions for Payment of Fees through State Bank Collect from SBI Portal
1. Log on to https://onlinesbi.com/
2. Select State Bank Collect on Top Horizontal Bar.
3. Read and Tick Mark (√ check box) on Accept Terms & Conditions.
4. Click on Proceed.
5. Select State: Maharashtra (from drop down menu).
6. Select Type: Educational Institutions (from drop down menu).
7. Click on GO.
8. Select Educational Institution: Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering.
9. Select (Appropriate Option as per Category/ Year)
10. Please note that while paying prescribed Admission Fees, select
Payment Category and while paying prescribed fees for Hostel select Hostel Fees
11. Enter Your (1) Name of Student as per Allotment by DTE, Mumbai (2) In place of
“Student ID.” please enter your Application ID as per CAP round allotment.
12. Enter Mobile Number.
13. Enter State Merit Number in Remarks field.
14. Enter Your Name as registered in CAP Allotment.
15. Enter Your Date of Birth.
16. Confirm Your Mobile Number (the same as entered in step 13).
17. Enter the Text as shown in the Image appearing on screen.
18. Click on Submit.
19. Please verify the entries carefully for its correctness. Once transaction is
completed cannot be reverted.
20. Click on Confirm.
21. You will see State Bank Multiple Options Payment System (MoPS)
22. You may choose Net Banking (SBI only) or Card payments.
23. In Card Payments, you have three options: 1. SBI ATM-cum-Debit Card, 2. Other Bank
Debit Cards and 3. Credit Cards (Check the Bank Charges, appearing against all these
options)
24. SBI Branch-{Challan Mode}(Challan shall be generated, pay the amount at any
branch of State Bank India) and bring the Challan copy after endorsement from SBI and
show to the Account department for collection of Fees receipts.
25. Note that Bank Charges are minimum for SBI Net Banking and SBI ATM-cum-Debit
Card.
26. Click on the appropriate option you want to use for the Payment of
Fees.
27. Follow the further process as per the instructions appearing on screen.
28. Print e-receipt or Carry SB Collect Reference Number
29. Please show the details to Account Department and collect the receipt
30. Contact Reporting center with following set of Documents:
Please contact Admission Committee of “First Year” on the days specified and displayed on
the DTE website for reporting
31. Admission Committee will confirm the admission after verifying the receipts and
original documents. You have to bring the Five set of photocopies of all relevant Mark
Sheets, CAP Allotment letter, documents such as Caste Certificate, Caste Validity
Certificate, Non-creamy layer Certificate (valid up to 31st March 2016), Income Certificate,
Leaving Certificate and other Certificates as applicable in your case and Diploma
Certificates (for Direct Second Year only) along with all Original documents for
verification and submission as per rules. Do not forget to bring 5 Passport size
photographs with you.
(Note: In case you are not able to make on-line payment, come with SBI
ATM Card or SBI or Any Internet banking details. Our Account Deptt.
