THE LUCKIEST DRAW
Sunday, October 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30, 2016
Eligibility:


Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a MVG Club member. Membership is free.
Employees of Miami Valley Gaming (MVG), immediate family member of MVG employees
(which include spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, or children), employees of participating
vendors, excluded MVG Club members, plus any Ohio Lottery employee/ commissioner and/or
spouses, are not eligible to participate.
How to Accumulate Entries & Participate:





Invited MVG Club members with a 0-1000+ ADT from July 2015-August 2016 will receive a
postcard in the mail with one set of 6 numbers.
o This postcard ticket is valid on each drawing date, Sunday, October 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 at
each draw time of 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm.
MVG Club members who earn 250 points on each date Monday, October 3, Monday, October 10,
Monday, October 17 & Monday, October 24 will receive bonus Luckiest Draw tickets by claiming
it at Player Services on day earned. Must earn 250 same-day points and collect bonus Luckiest
Draw card on the dates listed. Limit one earned Luckiest Draw card per day.
o Each bonus ticket is valid on each drawing date, Sunday, October 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 at
each draw time of 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm.
Additional earned entry days may be offered via direct mail or e-blast offerings to invited MVG
Club members.
Additional bonus entries may be offered via direct mail or e-blast to invited MVG Club members
with an ADT of 0-1000+.
Must be present to win.
Prizes to be awarded:

Every 3 hours at the top of each hour from 12pm – 9pm, the Luckiest Draw game will take place.
o The Luckiest Draw machine will randomly draw (6) balls. The balls will be numbered from 1
thru 60.
o The (6) numbered balls at each drawing will be announced via loudspeaker across the gaming
floor.
o If the invited MVG Club member matches at least (2) of the numbers on their entry/entries
with (2) of the (6) randomly drawn numbered balls, the guest will win Free Play or Cash.
 2 matched numbered balls wins $25 in Free Play
 3 matched numbered balls wins $250 in free play
 4 matched numbered balls wins $2,500 in free play
 5 matched numbered balls wins $10,000 in free play
 6 matched numbered balls wins the insured prize from Odds On Promotion of $1,000,000
cash paid in a full over a 40 year annuity.
 In the case that more than one guest matches 6 of 6 Luckiest Draw
numbered balls, Odds On Promotion will pay out the additional
grand prize.

o Guests may win more than one prize each drawing date.
o If a guest has more than one winning ticket for a drawing, MVG will award the highest prize
amount ticket and the other tickets will be void for that drawing.
 Example: A guest has a ticket with 2 matched numbers and a ticket with 3 matched numbers.
MVG will award the $250 in free play for the 3 matched numbers and no prize will be awarded
for the 2 matched numbers ticket.
o Free play offers, non-cashable VLT credits, will be valid for use through midnight November
30, 2016 with a maximum of $5,000 free play available for use per gaming day (if applicable).
o Winning prize amount will be loaded directly onto the winner’s MVG Club card and available
for use as Free Play.
On Monday, October 31, 2016 guests who received or earned a Luckiest Draw entry can come in
for free play drawings from 5pm-9:30pm.
o Drum opens at 4pm.
o Every 30 minutes from 5pm-9:00pm, (10) MVG club members will win $100 in Free
Play.
o At 9:30pm, (1) MVG Club member will be drawn to win a $1,000 Free Play prize.
o All paper entries must be deposited into the Luckiest Draw barrel to be eligible.
o Winners are responsible for depositing their respective entry(s) into the drawing drum
barrel on Monday, October 31.
o Management is not responsible for lost or stolen entry(s).
o Entry(s) are non-transferable.
o The winner has 10 minutes to claim prize.
o If the winner from 5pm-9pm does not claim the free play prize within the allotted time, the
prize will go unclaimed.
o If the winner at 9:30pm does not claim the grand prize, we will redraw until the prize is
claimed.
How to claim a prize:

MVG Club winners will have 60 minutes from the time that the last ball is drawn to claim their
prize at the Player Services desk.
o Must be present at drawing with Luckiest Draw entry in hand to win.
o Winners must present their MVG Club card, valid photo ID and Luckiest Draw entry
ticket when claiming their prize.
o Luckiest Draw tickets are non-transferrable.
Miscellaneous:



All winners are randomly generated by the Luckiest Draw lottery machine.
If for any reason the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes within or
beyond the control of MVG which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper conduct of this drawing, MVG reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the drawing, with Regulatory approval.
Winners are responsible for all taxes and must provide their Social Security Number for Federal
Tax reporting purposes. Consequently, MVG has the right to deny a prize to a person who refuses
to provide it.

When any inconsistencies exist between the printed promotional collateral and posted promotional
rules, the posted promotional rules will supersede.
Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion without notice to the public,
with Regulatory approval.
MVG is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged entries.
MVG is not responsible for a member’s failure to claim a prize or obtain an entry.
Participation is the guest’s agreement and acceptance of the rules.
