A short 500 meter walk from a beach of fine sand, hidden in the pine forest behind
the sand dunes, you will find the Club Marina-Landes waiting to welcome you into
its comfortable and dynamicatmosphere to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.
It’s a real village where everything is near to hand. Grocery shop, bar-restaurant,
pizzeria, newsagent, bicycle hire, Wifi .
And if you want to do some shopping, chance your luck at a casino, mingle in a
local market, they are all only a 15 minute walk away.
Aquatic space
Over an area spanning 1,900m² you’ll find all the site’s pools, which together
represent a surface area of around 600m², open throughout the season from 10
am to 8 pm and comprising:
• A 19m indoor heated pool with spa.
• A 25m pool (water not heated).
• A heated spa bath with 4 anatomical benches, 1 spa, 3 hydro jets, 1 massage bed.
• 3 water slides, one measuring 27 m for children over 8 years of age (heated
water – open from July to August: 11-12 am and 3-7 pm – out of season: 3-6 pm).
• A 6m water slide for children from 3 to 8 years of age (water not heated)
• 2 heated paddling pools with fountains and a water slide for tiny tots (just 1 is
open out of season).
RThe water park is equipped with a seat for lowering and raising people in
wheelchairs in and out of the water (25m pool and spa bath area).

Philippe, the Chef of the Villa Cisneros restaurant and his entire team welcome you again

The baleine sanitary bloc is open all season and is heated. Some sanitary blocks are

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
CAMP SITES : Booking recommended in
July and August. Each tent site can accommodate no more 3 tents. Each caravan or
motor home site can accommodate no more
than 2 supplementary tents. The number of
persons per site cannot exceed 4 persons
except for a family, parents and children,
including 6 people.
If your equipment is cumbersome by its size
(awning, large caravan, supplementary tents),
we would ask you to give us these details on
the contract.
RENTALS : Booking recommended. A
small tent (max 2.5*2.5 m) may be pitched
free of charge but exclusively on the cottages,
bungalows Oyat and Ségosa and chalets
sites if you wish and if the site is big enough,
without exceeding the number of persons
allowed into the tenancy (please specify this
information on the booking contract).

As soon as your reservation is received

card), we will send confirmation of your
reservation which you must present upon
your arrival (your campsite number is
given for information only, without guarantee).
The balance for rentals and pitches
must be paid 30 days, at the latest,
before the start of your stay.
If payment is not received, we will assume
your reservation is cancelled, conditions of
which are explained.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
In accordance with article L.121-20-4
of the French Consumer Code, none of
the services and provisions proposed
on this site are subject to the cooling-off
period stipulated in articles L. 121-20 and
following of the French Consumer Code.
Consequently, the accommodation and
leisure services ordered on the
site are exclusively subject to the cancellation

LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY
DEPARTURES

We will reserve your site or rental for 24
hours from your scheduled date ofarrival.
After this delay we cannot guarantee the

police for serious fault, only the competent
Tribunal can decide in favour of compensating a client upon his request.
CANCELLATION

Less than 30 days before your reserved
date of arrival, the total amount of your

In the case of a loss you must, within 24
hours, inform the campsite management
and confirm in writing if you need to cancel
your holiday.
Do not forget that without insurance,
you will not be reimbursed for any
amount paid if you cancel or shorten
your stay.
DEPOSIT
For housing rental, a deposit of 200 € must
be paid the day of your arrival. The deposit
will be returned at the end of your stay,
less deductions, in the event of property
damage. Also a deposit of 75 € for eventual house cleaning fees will be required.
This amount will be returned if the site is
left in its original state of cleanliness.
Insurance
Campers will benefit during their stay of
civil liability insurance for all corporal or
material damage.
Acceptance of this contract is only
valid with the presentation of a valid
civil liability insurance certificate covering the tent, caravan, campingcar, car
and civil liability.
Extract of the Internal
Regulation
Any person wishing to spend a night at the
camping site must :
- Register beforehand at the reception
desk with proof of identity in order to complete required formalities.
- Agree to act in accordance with the
internal regulations (posted at the reception desk and in various buildings at the
campsite).
- Wear a « Marina » bracelet which will
be given to them upon their arrival for the
purpose of security identification while on
the campsite.
The rentals are available from 4:00 p.m.
until 8:00 p.m. during July and August
(out of season please contact us for the
timetable). Departures must be before
10:00 a.m. in the morning.
Campsite places are available from
12:00 a.m. and must be vacated before
11:00 a.m. in the morning.
All requests to prolong your stay must
be made at the reception desk at least
three days before the original planned
date of departure ; the decision to accept
any extension is up to the direction of the
campsite.
Please note that private charcoal barbecues are not allowed except in designated
places. Gas and electric barbecues are
authorised on the sites.
Collective charcoal barbecues are at
the disposal of the clientele. Bring your
own grill.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The rental of a cottage or a chalet or the Lodge or a bungalow Ségosa or bungalows Oyat or a garden apartment for the number of persons indicated includes parking
space for one vehicle (2 cars for the chalets, Lodge and Cottages Azur, Azur Confort, Marina, App. Pin and Alizé), cooking utensils, bed linen is provided including
a protective fitted mattress sheet, pillow cases and throw-away sheets (not made of cotton). Replacement throw-away bed linens are available for purchase at
