So what’s the big deal about Sex? “But since sexual immorality is
occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each
woman with her own husband. The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife,
and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own
body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have
authority over his own body but yields it to his wife. Do not deprive each other
except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote
yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you
because of your lack of self-control. 1 Cor.7:2-5

God’s holy people. 4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking,
which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.
Colossians 3:5-6 Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly
nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.
Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the
life you once lived.
2 Corinthians 12:21 I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me
before you, and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not
repented of the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have
indulged.
1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person
commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own
body.
Romans 1:26-27 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even
their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way
the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust
for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in
themselves the due penalty for their error.
Romans 6:19 I am using an example from everyday life because of your human
limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to everincreasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to
holiness.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the
kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor
adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards

Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the
sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will
be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
Titus 2:11-13 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all
people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live
self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the
blessed hope
