Originally established in Sydney as Complete
Technology Integrations (CTI) in 2001 before being
rebranded in 2011, mySmartCTI remains wholly
Australian owned. With over 55 staff, mySmartCTI
operates in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and services
a range of markets including commercial offices,
residential, industrial, government, retail, hospitality,
health & aged care, education and leisure.

mySmartSensors by
mySmartCTI’s range of sensors and controllers by CP
Electronics are designed to reduce the wastage of energy
used for artificial lighting in residential and commercial
buildings. Our range of sensors cover every possible
scenario from stand-alone to minus 30o environments.
Using Rapid, a fully networked system or An-10, a wireless
solution, our series of products are easily adaptable for
retro-fit or new building projects.
mySmart enGauge
mySmart enGauge is a building energy and resource
management and remote monitoring solution with an
optional display panel that shares building performance
information with its occupants. Data such as targets,
current usage, local weather and relationships to commonly
understood metrics can all be displayed across a number
of screens.
From completing our first C-Bus project in 2001,
mySmartCTI has worked to complete thousands of C-Bus
projects, making it one of Australia’s largest and most
experienced C-Bus solution providers.
mySmartCTI played an integral role in the growth of C-Bus
into its current position as one of the dominant lighting
control solutions in Australia and was awarded the coveted
C-Bus Platinum Partner status in 2010.
Our national footprint allows us to provide a seamless
continuity of service, no matter where the project is located.
KNX is the world’s only truly open protocol for home and
building control that is endorsed by worldwide standards.
Products from over 400 different manufacturers are
guaranteed to be compatible with the KNX bus.
mySmartCTI works with a number of leading KNX
manufactures including ABB, Hager, Somfy, Wago and
NETx. The success of our KNX projects comes from our
understanding of which KNX products work best for each
specific project.
In 2012, mySmartCTI received the prestigious International
KNX Award for the Surf Coast Shire Civic Building and, in
2014, we were an Award Nominee for ANZ Tower in Sydney.
Both projects brilliantly showcased the many different
automation systems that can be controlled via KNX.
Since adding Philips Dynalite to our suite of control
solutions, mySmartCTI has invested in our team’s training
and knowledge and is now recognised as one of Australia’s
leading Dynalite national partners.
As a solution, Philips Dynalite offers very strong architectural
lighting control capabilities, especially in its ability to
integrate DMX with theatrical lighting. This is supported by
a range of highly customisable switches to suit virtually any
project requirements.
INNCOM is a specialist provider of guest room energy
efficiency controls and property management systems
for the hospitality market. mySmartCTI is the exclusive
distributor for INNCOM in Australia and has installed their
occupancy-based room control solutions in some of the
country’s leading hotel properties.
iRiS Software Systems provide award-winning, multilingual,
interactive hospitality applications that are at the forefront
of hospitality technology. iRiS applications improve the
guest experience, generate additional revenue and reduce
costs. mySmartCTI is the exclusive partner for iRiS in the
Australasian region.

Since 2001, mySmartCTI has completed thousands

retro-fits such as the highly acclaimed Westpac
Innovation Centre “The Hive” or Screen Australia’s
new Headquarters, to brand new buildings like
ANZ Tower and Freshwater Place located in
Sydney and Melbourne respectively. Our strength

ANZ Tower, Sydney
As the largest KNX project in the Southern Hemisphere,
ANZ Tower features a KNX lighting control system.
2014 Award Nominee for KNX Award – International Project
Westpac “The Hive”, Kogarah
Screen Australia, Sydney
This centre of innovation, makes full use of Dynalite’s
energy management capabilities from lighting control to
HVAC monitoring.
With a 4.5 star NABERS energy rating, this project made
full use of the mySmartSensors range.
The Concourse, Chatswood
Freshwater Place, Melbourne
A highlight of the vibrant suburb of Chatswood, The
Concourse features a mySmartCTI C-Bus solution including
theatre lighting controls.
mySmartCTI optimised this existing C-Bus project, which
had not been performing to its full potential.
Crowne Plaza Hotel, Melbourne
Surf Coast Shire Civic Building, Torquay
Since 2005, this INNcom equipped hotel has been
constantly upgraded to deliver energy savings that are now
in excess of 30%.
This fully converged project represents a benchmark in
energy efficiency and water conservation in council projects.
