Job title:
Enrolment Assistant – Sessional
Hourly rate:
£7.25 per hour
BROAD STATEMENT OF JOB FUNCTION:
To assist with the collection of students data and inputting into the college’s student records
system
RESPONSIBLE TO:
Senior Learner Records Officer
Planning & Funding Co-Ordinator
OTHER RELATIONSHIPS:
Learner Records Officers
MAIN ACTIVITIES:






To assist the Learner Records Team during enrolment ensuring the accurate collection of
student data.
To accurately input student data on to the college student records system
To ensure records are accurately filed to support the student records system
To provide excellent customer service to everyone, including college students, staff and
prospective students
To respect confidentiality and work with due regard for data protection legislation
To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with grade, at the
initial place of work or at other locations.
Other:




Comply with and promote college policies and procedures.
Carry out essential administrative work necessary
Other duties compatible with the post, as defined by the Principal or her representative.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
This is a temporary, variable hours post with hours to be agreed with the team leader.
Prepared to work up to two evenings per week and possibly some time at weekends if required.
