*Math Note: A student who completes both Mat 110 and Mat 113 with a C­ or better will receive five
credits in the Mathematical and Natural Sciences Breadth Category. This is equivalent to a student
who completes Math 124 with a grade of C­ or better.
*Science Note: Only one course from all the areas of the Biological Sciences including Anatomy,
Bacteriology, Biology, Botany, Forestry, Natural Resources, Physiology, Wildlife, and Zoology will be
counted toward this degree requirement. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the student to become familiar with the requirements of the degree as outlined in the UW Colleges catalog.
