Precision Gate Rollers
Model FS-3500
The FS-3500 cantilever gate roller is designed for gates w ith and opening size
up to 30 feet. This roller fits ornamental iron gate frames of 2 inch square.
This model uses p ermanently lubricated sealed ball bearings for ma intenance
free operation. One bearing is installed on each side of the roller. This roller
is load rated up to 2200 lbs.
The roller is made of G raphite impregnate d nylon and is self lubricating on gate
frames. They a re precision machined for smooth opera tion. Typically these
rollers require 60% less effort to mo ve a gate versus using cast iron ro llers.
Our ch assis is m ade of 3 /8 inch forme d steel w hich is w elded a nd then hot dip
galvanized to prevent rust.
The shaft is a one inch grade 5 bolt with a nylon imbedded lock nut. No snap
rings to pop off or cotter pins to shear.
Mount sizes available for 3inch, 3 ½ inch, 4inch, 4 ½ inch, 6 5/8 inch, and
8 5/8 OD pipe. Also available are mounts for 3inch, 4 inch, and 6 inch
square posts.
