Topic Workshop: ‘recent results in WB-EMS on body composition, strength and conditioning research’ Jana Havrdová Jana is one of the most experienced fitness professionals in the Czech Republic, founder of the campaign Czech on the move and founder and president of the Czech Chamber of fitness as the only body representing fitness industry in the Czech Republic. At the same time, she is active as President of the FISAF International, international sport federation focused on sport aerobics, fitness and Hip Hop Unite and fitness professional education. Topic Workshop: ‘Physical activity program pro kids age 4-9’ Děti na startu (physical activity program) is one of the main piles of the campaign Czech on the Move and represents unique program of regular physical activities for 4-9-year-old. It includes bases of athletics, gymnastics, ball games and other general skills movement activities. FISAF.cz has been running the project for more than 4 years in 200 clubs and schools in the Czech Republic. Project includes education courses for teachers and coaches and basic diagnostics of the kids’ body mass structure with a very surprising outcomes.
