Applicable Version: 10.00 onwards
Overview
Quarantine Digest (previously known as Spam Digest prior to Cyberoam firmware version
10.04.4 Build 028) is the listing of all Emails that are identified as Spam and quarantined by
Cyberoam Anti Spam Engine. Cyberoam sends the Quarantine Digest in the form of an Email to
all users as per the configured frequency, which can be hourly, daily or weekly. From the digest,
users can sort through the quarantined mails and, if necessary, release them to their personal
inboxes.
Note:
In case of a High Availability (HA) Cluster configured in Active-Active Mode (HA Load Balancing),
the Quarantine digest is compiled and sent to users by both Cyberoam Appliances separately.
