Leather and production description:
Made from natural "rugged hide" cow leather. The Rugged-Hide leather series is produced in a special highly complex procedure. First the
premium-quality untreated leather is rubbed manually with wax, after that the product is processed without lining, in the next work step, this raw
product is rugged in the leather drum for about two hours, which gives the leather its distinctive "old used leather" look making each product a
"unique". Only then (last work step) the product is finished (last work step the lining is incorporated and metal parts, locks, etc. are applied).
