RETURNS POLICY
At MissDesignerGolf.Com we aim to provide a returns policy that is hassle – free for you. The following returns policy
applies to full or partial returns:

MissDesignerGolf.Com offers a refund on items should you change your mind about any purchase
made online within 28 days of despatch.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit card, PayPal).

Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your goods to the issue of a refund or exchange. You
will be notified via email once a refund has been applied and/or replacement sent.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our returns form to facilitate us in processing the
refund / exchange promptly. Packages received without returns forms will incur a delay in being
processed.

Please note that if you wish to return a garment or exchange it, you are responsible for the cost of
the carriage. In cases where the goods were damaged or you received the incorrect goods we will
arrange a collection for your return through our Delivery Partners DHL. Alternatively you can
return the damaged/ incorrect goods to us and we will compensate the cost of postage with a gift
card to our website. Proof of postage must be supplied by the customer before compensation can
be applied.

We will only issue a replacement or refund once the original goods reach us at
MissDesignerGolf.Com HQ. We will examine the goods to ensure that they are not damaged by
you. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any garments which have been soiled.

If you as the consumer request the addition of express delivery and subsequently decide to return
the item, you will NOT be refunded the price of express delivery.
