Topic 7: Dividing Decimals. We will begin dividing decimals by whole
numbers and work through dividing decimals by other decimals. We will
be covering Topics 7-1 through 7-4 next week.

Writing: Students will type final drafts of their writing
assessment.
C Day
Reading: Old Yeller We will be reading a fiction story focusing on
characterization, theme, setting, and plot.

Science: Students will determine their statement of the problem and
hypothesis for their science fair experiments. They will also need a parent
signature of approval.

Social Studies : Students will determine how
exploration of the Americas led to settlement.
