Financial Report) for SFY 2017 Discretionary Grant lines ending September 30, 2017. If the
LSS/PA fully expends the SFY 2017 Passthrough funds (ending September 30, 2018) by
September 30, 2017, the Final Progress/Cumulative Variance Report and Final Financial Report
(LSS file the Final Financial Report) utilizing the MSDE AFR system and PAs submit the Payment
Code (0)Financial Report (Final) no later than this date
For LSS and PAs on Payment Code 0, the Final Invoice and the Final Financial Report must be
submitted no later than this date
Annual Financial Report (LSS's file the Annual Financial report utilizing the MSDE AFR System
and PAs submit the Payment Code (0) Financial Report, checking the "Annual" box at the top of
the form) for all SFY 2017 Part B 611 and Preschool 619 Passthrough funded grant lines that end
