Compare and contrast Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book and a movie version of The Jungle
Book. In your essay, focus on one of the following characters or events: Mowgli, Bagheera,
Baloo, Shere Khan, Kaa, Monkey Temple, Shere Khan’s Death.
I recommend the live-action version of the Jungle Book (2016) or the Disney version (1967).
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
Compare and contrast Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and a movie version of
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. In your essay, focus on one of the following characters or
events: Alice, Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, Mad Hatter, Alice’s Growing & Shrinking, and Alice &
the Queen of Hearts.
I recommend the Disney version (1951) or the Tim Burton version
(2010).
