Dear President Elect Donald Trump
Congratulations on your election to the most important office in America. First, I
would like to thank you for taking the time to read this letter and the important information
that accompanies it.
My name is John Darash (alias) one of the founders of National Liberty Alliance
(NLA). Presently, we currently have almost 6000 members with 10’s of thousands of
People following our work to save America as we approach critical mass and We the
People take back our Courts and reinstate the Governor of the Universe as the Sovereign
King of our Court in 2017.
“We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be
obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let
His kingdom come.” - Samuel Adams declared this as the Declaration of
Independence was being signed, 1776
The purpose of NLA is to facilitate education, organization and communications for
the People in order to empower the People at the grass roots. We are building a bottom up
assembly of the People educating them to become the consentors of government as
Thomas Jefferson envisioned and so eloquently stated in the Declaration of Independence.
"I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people
themselves, And if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control
with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform
their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional
power." - Thomas Jefferson
NLA’s goal is to establish a jury administration of four people in each of Americas
3,133 counties for the grand and trial jury administration for the orientation, advising and

the assisting of the writing of indictments and informations. NLA provides a free civics
course and Constitution course; and is presently preparing an Administrative handbook to
be released soon. NLA will remain available to advise administrators and maintain
continuous training and certifications for all new administrators on an ongoing basis. The
government simply cannot be judge, prosecutor, jailer and Jury which is precisely why we
have a corrupt judicial process today. See Memorandum Jury Tampering & Stacking on

NLA believes America can be saved by boldly revealing the sad state of affairs in a
Court of Justice requiring our servants to admit and repair the error of their way or suffer
the consequence of an indictment. Education and a moral stand is required of We the
People to win back our Nation. The Declaration of Independence called upon the Laws of
nature and of nature’s God and thereby was a covenant with God. The Constitution
provided us with both the blessing of nature’s God and the Laws of nature’s God which
made us morally minded and thereby gave us access to the blessings of His unalienable
rights.
Thomas Jefferson said: “In questions of powers, then, let no more be heard of confidence
in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.”
Only We the People can bind our servants down from mischief with the chains of the
Constitution. History reveals that they will not bind themselves and if we do not have an
intimate knowledge of our Constitution and its origins how can we bind him?
Joseph Stalin said “America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: Its
Patriotism, its Morality, and its Spiritual Life. If we can undermine these three areas,
America will collapse from within.” American Patriotism is founded in its Liberty, its
Liberty is founded in its Constitution, its Constitution is founded in the blessings from
nature’s God and its blessings are founded in its morality. Since the Constitution expresses
righteous government and the blessings of our unalienable rights which empower We the
People to hold government by consent, it is by simply removing from the minds of men
that Constitution thereby the unraveling of God’s blessing and its morality will follow.
Therefore, it also follows that we need to restore in the Minds of Men the Constitution and
morality and the blessings of Liberty will follow.
It is important that we understand that rights only have two sources, we either have
unalienable rights from natures God or we have privileged rights from man. The difference
being, privileges come from masters who can permit or deny at will and unalienable rights

come from God which are eternal and never changing gifted only to those who honor His
Law. If we cannot discern the difference, we are already enslaved and the only escape is
Education; for without the knowledge of God, we cannot know true Liberty, without the
Law of God, Liberty is unachievable and without the Blessings of God we will never
possess Liberty.
If we believe that our rights are unalienable, then we must understand that they come from
God. If we believe that America is a Democracy, then we cannot have Liberty until we
learn from our founders about the Republic that they founded in His Law. If we believe
that we should have courts of law, then we need to learn about Courts of Justice. If we
believe that we have government by the consent of the governed and don’t know how to
consent; then we are living a lie. If we do not know that today’s America is an oligarchy in
need of restoring through the Law, then we do not know the Constitution. If we have not
studied the Constitution, how can we know if our government is obeying it? There is a
reason why American education excludes the study of our Constitution. It’s because you
would find out that our government is not obeying it. Thereby, the slave must remain
ignorant so that the master can continue their rule over the People. Here’s what our
founding fathers had to say about the subject.
"Educate and inform the whole mass of the people... They are the only sure reliance
for the preservation of our liberty." - Thomas Jefferson
"An enlightened citizenry is indispensable for the proper functioning of a republic.
Self-government is not possible unless the citizens are educated sufficiently to enable
them to exercise oversight. It is therefore imperative that the nation see to it that a
suitable education be provided for all its citizens." - Thomas Jefferson
"Every child in America should be acquainted with his own country. He should read
books that furnish him with ideas that will be useful to him in life and practice. As
soon as he opens his lips, he should rehearse the history of his own country." - Noah

We trust that you understand the importance of what we are trying to accomplish
and hope that you will support our endeavor. We firmly stand on and teach the People that
we must act with a sense of Honor, Justice and Mercy. We are deeply involved in the
political and judicial process without the politics and when it comes to the issues we must
take the high road and stand in righteousness even when the majority might be driven by
emotion and political expediency against it. No matter the cost, we must “always” do the
right thing, that’s why we are a “Republic”.
When there is a conflict between the law and justice, justice must prevail! Likewise,
when there is a conflict between political expediency and the law, the law must prevail!
Our servants took an oath to hold the “Law of the Land” in such regard, but they don’t and
for that reason America has been receiving the curse instead of the blessing. We pray that
under your Administration Mr. President, that God gives you the wisdom and the fortitude
to uphold the Law that America may be blessed once again.
Enclosed please find twelve (12) CD copies of our most recent court filings that we
will be filing tomorrow to our servant federal government for “Redress of Grievance”, a
few dozen pocket constitution handbooks and a dozen or so jurist handbooks for you and
your cabinet. Thank you for your time.
