May’s Employee Spotlight shines on Nic, who works as a cook at the Gem
Steakhouse & Saloon. He started working at the Mineral Palace in August 2012.
Nic has worked as a cook for 8 years and is saving up to go to culinary school.
Growing up in Montana, Nic kept busy as the oldest of 11 kids. In his free time he
enjoys all sports especially golf during the Summer months and baseball all the
time. If you hear yelling from the kitchen you can bet that the Seattle Mariners are
losing. Next time you see Nic, tell him what a great job he is doing.
