Prima 45 Walk Through
Boarding this vessel can be done through the bulwark doors on either port or starboard into the
cockpit or from the swim platform through the transom door. From the cockpit you can proceed
up the molded quarter spiral staircase to starboard to the flybridge, along the port or starboard
covered walkways to the foredeck or into the spacious and stylishly decorated salon through the
aft sliding doors. Once inside the main cabin you will find yourself in the salon with seating to
both port and starboard. Forward of the salon is a U-shaped dinette to port and a U-shaped full
galley to starboard. The companionway to the berthing spaces is on the center line forward in
the main cabin. In the berthing area the guest stateroom with ensuite head is to port and the
master stateroom is forward in the bow. The master ensuite head is to starboard and aft in the
master stateroom.
Prima 45 Accommodations
This vessel can sleep six comfortably. The master stateroom can sleep two in its centered queen
berth. The guest stateroom can also sleep two comfortably in its double bed. The sofa sleeper
in the salon can also sleep two.
Prima 45 Main Cabin
The main cabin houses the salon, full galley and dinette.
- Salon
The salon is in the aft section of the main cabin and consists of an L-shaped sleeper sofa to
port that converts to sleep two and a leather recliner to starboard. The sole throughout the main
cabin is carpeted and in good condition. There are port and starboard side windows that are
covered with blinds. A large flat screen TV is located in the entertainment center in the aft
starboard corner of the main cabin by the sliding door.
- Galley
The U-shaped full galley is forward along the starboard side of the main cabin and features
granite counter tops, teak cabinets above and below the counter and a large window with
blinds. The Galley features the following equipment:
• General Electric Refrigerator with separate freezer
• Three burner gas stove with oven
• Double Basin Stainless Steel sink with Moen Faucet
• Sharp Carousel Microwave oven
- Dinette
The large U-shaped dinette is to port of the galley and seats five comfortably. The dinette table
pedestal has three large drawers for storage. A large window to port with blind and the forward
windscreen provide lots of natural light and great views.

The master stateroom is located in the bow and features a centered queen berth with drawers at
the foot of the berth and hanging lockers and storage cabinets to both port and starboard. There
are two reading lights at the head of the berth and an overhead hatch.
The master stateroom has a private ensuite head that features:
• Raritan toilet with Purasan sewage treatment system
• A large shower enclosure with teak grate, shower door and trim
• A corner vanity with porcelain sink in a granite counter top
• A mirrored medicine cabinet above the vanity and storage below
• A stacked General Electric Space maker stacked washer and dryer

The guest stateroom is to port in the berthing area and features a double berth, two reading
lights, a single port light with shade, a hanging locker, a small nightstand with drawer and
drawers under the berth.
The guest stateroom has a private ensuite head that features:

• A shower enclosure with teak grate, shower door and trim
• A vanity with porcelain sink in a granite counter top

Prima 45 Flybridge
This vessel has a fully enclosed and air conditioned flybridge. The enclosure is in very good
condition as is the cushions on the seats. The flybridge features a centered captain chair with a
separate admirals chair to port. A large L-shaped bench seat with dinette table in on the port
side and a long bench seat to starboard provides plenty of seating. A mini refrigerator is to
starboard of the captains chair.
