2 Appointment of Prof. Ma. Cynthia Rose B. Bautista as Vice President for
Academic Affairs, UP System, effective 15 March 2017, to serve at the pleasure
of the President.
3 (a) Establishment of the NOAH Center (for climate adaptation and disaster risk
reduction management) at the University of the Philippines, subject to
submission of the organizational structure and operational framework;
(b) Grant of authority to the President to enter into contracts, memoranda of
understanding or projects involving the NOAH Center.

C. FISCAL MATTERS
7 Reclassification of a portion of the arboretum UP Diliman from Parks and Open
Spaces into an area for resource generation, and the leasing out of the same
pursuant to the Contract of Lease between the University of the Philippines and
King Louis Flowers and Plants, Incorporated.

(a) Creation of a Trust Fund for the use and management of the contract funding
of PhP7,981,490.00 under the Memorandum of Agreement between the
University of the Philippines and the National Grid Corporation of the
Philippines (NGCP);
(b) Confirmation of above MOA .

Reprogramming of the UP System Administration's unexpended balances from
prior year's obligations in the amount of Thirty Million Pesos (PhP30,000,000.00).
10 Reprogramming of the UP Open University's unexpended balances from CY 2014
amounting to Sixteen Million Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Three Hundred
Twenty Nine Pesos and 57/100 (PhP16,222,329.57).
11 Proposal of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs for additional
budget for the First Quarter of 2017 in the amount of Thirty Nine Million Three
Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP39,300,000.00).
