Cleaning out garages is a metaphor for so much more. Cleaning out the house within is an even greater challenge. When we clean out the house within, we make more room for the presence of God. He comes and lives within, transforming us by His Spirit and expanding our capacity to love. Let us make room for. After all, the Christian vocation is always a call to make room for God. The call to develop a life of prayer and dialogue with God in a communion of love is forever challenging. It requires our continual response to His continual invitations. It also entails \"cleaning out the garage\" at times, cleaning out the place within, where God wants to come and dwell. He deserves the best of quarters, emptied of anything that will compete with His residency. Gluten Free Communion A place has been set aside on the Alter for parishioners to avail of Gluten Free Hosts Spring is in the air.......Tourist Season is fast approaching........it's time to start making our homes & businesses more colourful & appealing. It's amazing what a lick of paint will do!! Window boxes containing colourful flowers & shrubs work wonders also. The more attractive our towns, villages, streets etc are to visitors, the longer they will stay around. South Galway & North Clare have so much to offer. We all need to pull together & make our towns & villages stand out from the rest. . A public meeting will take place in Gort Library on Weds April 5th, 7pm for us all to learn what Galway 2020 will mean for our community and also how you can get involved. Please come along to show support. We all need to all "pull together" !!! Galway 2020.
