Much of what we offer is grown, raised, foraged, and fermented in our own “backyard.” My goal is to showcase as many local and regional products on this menu as possible. Being in the mountains has been an inspiration for me. I learned to ski when I was 11 years old and have been hooked ever since. In addition to skiing, cooking is another passion of mine.
