Welcome to our 2015 Annual Early Childhood
Conference. We have an outstanding line up of
featured speakers and anticipate a very positive
response from our participants. During recent
years, we have exceeded 1,000 registrants
from 10 states primarily in the southeast. We
anticipate that in 2015 we will experience a
similar response. The conference will be held at
the Millennium Centre which provides exhibit
space immediately outside of the conference
ballrooms and workshop session rooms. Based
upon positive feedback from participants and
exhibitors, we will again have two full lunch
periods which provides faster distribution
and more time for participants to browse your
exhibits. Additionally, we are starting sessions
at 8:30 a.m. and expect that participants will be
arriving early to attend these sessions.
Registration for our 2014 exhibitors is open
through January 9, 2015. Returning exhibitors
wishing to maintain their 2014 space must
register and pay by January 9th. Registration for
new exhibitors or those wishing to change their
space will be open January 10, 2015. Watch the

information.

Exhibit space includes 2 skirted 30” x 6’ tables and one chair. Electricity is
available, if requested.
Registration Information
Registration Form will be available on the website after Janaury 10th. This form must be
completed and emailed to Julia Herwig, [email protected]. The request will be confirmed based
upon availability. Information for payment, including on-line options, will be provided with the
confirmation notice.
