Re: Payment for International Award - Cyprus 2017
Firstly I would like to thank you very much for your interest in the International Award in Cyprus. We have now
confirmed flights (to Cyprus) for the group and I am working closely with the company to finalise details of our visit.
In addition to this letter, I am sending a link to the Google online medical and passport form for you to complete as
soon as possible. You will also receive this link in a separate e-mail.

It is vital at this stage that you check your child’s passport expiry date carefully, and send an electronic copy or paper
copy of the passport(s), Egyptian residency visa and any relevant visa copies to me.
Now that final numbers have been confirmed, I can notify you of the trip costings. The cost will be 950 Euros and
4000LE. Each amount should be paid in the appropriate currency. All payments should be settled before or by the
due date at the cashier’s office and no monies should be handed to me directly.

A number of students have already asked about clothing, as some parents may be travelling abroad and thus be able
to pick up camp gear during overseas visits. I am currently in the process of preparing information about kit/clothing
for the trip and I hope to send this to you shortly, so that you can secure appropriate gear for your son/daughter at
the earliest opportunity. In February we will organise a presentation to parents outlining the finer details of the trip
along with departure information.
