Metro South Region: Brisbane is the capital and most populous city in Queensland and the third most populous city in Australia. Beyond the boundaries of Brisbane City Council, the South Metropolitan area covers Logan, Redland, Wynnum, Dunwich and Beaudesert. Logan is a large suburban area located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Established in the late 1970s, Logan has become a dynamic multicultural centre for families and commercial ventures.
