ORDER PROCESSING: Instruments usually take from 12 to
14 weeks to build from receipt of order. We do our best to
have all accessories in stock and will notify you if we cannot
ship your order within 10 days.
SHIPPING COSTS:
• Instruments: call for rate quote or visit website
• For instruments ordered without a case, please add an additional $10.00 for extra packing material.
• For Alaska, Hawaii and international rates, please call or email for estimate and options.
• Books & CD’s: see website or call for quote
• Accessories: all accessories (except as noted) ship priority mail unless other arrangements are made. Minimum charge is $5.25 for 1 to 2 items. (See website for more information on shipping charges.)
• No additional shipping charge for accessories ordered and shipped with an instrument unless a separate box is required due to space limitation of instrument box.
• Strings: if shipped separately: 1 - 3 sets: $3.50
