Relieu-able Lease, dated 10th October, 1788,
from Edmond Lord Viscount Pery, to William
Hogg.
The premises are describd in the Grant as " A11
that part of S o u t h Priors Laud particularly
~ilcntloned and described in tha said Original
Leaso as being ' parl of South Priors Land, then
bounded on the North by Boherglass, and containing 362 fect, on tlle South by Lhe Turnpike
road, 267 fect, on the 13ast by the street leading
towarcls the X v e r Sllannon, 819 feet, and cn
tha West by Mr. 07Brien, Mr. liue, ant1 ITr.
Bowdy's, their former holding, 819 feet, h the
same more or less, all which said demised premises are situate lying and being i n the Parish
of Saint Bfichael and South Liberties of the
City of Limerick, together with the iithes
thereof ."
The Grant reserves, as in the Original Lease, all
n~ines,minerals and royalties, excepting out of
the demise 819 feet in leiigth and 60 feet i n
breadth for a new intended street.
