a renaissance that has taken place
in Downtown Kansas City. Per the
Downtown Council, there has been
over $3.5 billion in completed construction investment, with another
$3.4 billion in the pipeline.

Twain Tower is H&R Block’s new
corporate headquarters, the Power
& Light Entertainment District and
the Sprint Center Arena. All of these
projects have been completed over
the last few years.
