Manifesto for Vice-President:
Hello everyone, I am Charlotte and I'm interested in taking up the vacancy of the Vice-president.
My first theatre experience in London was ‘Phantom of the Opera’ which was my first
discounted ticket acquired from ArtSoc. It was a mind-blowing experience as I realised how the
combination of music, dance and acting can encapsulate its audience. Hence I am running for
this position as I believe everyone should have this experience too. I strongly believe in the
society’s aim of bringing convenient and discounted tickets for Imperial students.
One of the key roles of the Vice-President would be the yearly ArtSoc trip and I believe my
experience as Events Director in my high school committee will aid me in doing a better job in
this. I am also intending to organise more social events for the members of ArtSoc as the society
should not be merely an avenue for students to get musical tickets but a platform for them to
bond with fellow art enthusiasts. If elected, you are promised of my dedication to the society
and I would definitely work closely with the rest of the Exco to bring you a year’s worth of
exciting musical tickets and events lined up. Do support me and you’ll be promised of an
unforgettable ArtSoc trip next year!
