Job Title: Product Line Manager
Job Description:
Plan, direct, or coordinate execution of portable audio component solutions and product strategies for
customers in the target segments to achieve revenue and profit goals. Lead the business unit teams
(Product Engineering, Applications, Design, etc.) to define new products, establish product roadmaps
consistent with customer needs, and select new products for development among numerous
opportunities. Establish effective marketing plans and achieve product line growth plans. Build
cooperative relationships with Global Sales, Manufacturing and Operations, and other Knowles Divisions.
Lead and manage a team of program managers supporting product line.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in electrical engineering or electronic engineering and 5 years of
product management experience in the semiconductor or audio IC’S industries; or Master’s degree or
foreign equivalent in electrical engineering or electronic engineering and 2 years of product
management experience in the semiconductor or audio IC’S industries. Experience must include
marketing/product management, strategic business planning, and new product development for
Smartphone designs in Asia Pacific and North American markets.
