TERMS
OF
SALE
1. BASIS OF QUOTATION
All quotations are made without any obligation of engagement and are conditional upon our written acceptance of a
written indication of satisfaction by the client of our quotation.
2. PRICES
2.1 All the prices quoted are strictly net and exclude VAT and shall remain valid as detailed at clause 5. They do not
include installation or special packing unless otherwise stated. No allowances are included for contract retention
values.
2.2 The installation prices are subject to a full site survey and risk assessment prior to commencement of work. If
there are any anomalies raised during the risk assessment, these will be brought to the attention of the site
manager. It will be the responsibility of the site manager to confirm in writing the installation routes are safe and
will not contravene any health and safety regulations.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 We estimate that with our present commitments, we could affect delivery within 1 working week from receipt of
an official written order.
Delivery and positioning prices are budget prices only as we are unaware of the site conditions as at the date of
quotation. Any revision to pricing would follow a detailed site survey. The quotation price for delivery is based upon
adequate unobstructed access within normal working hours (Mon – Fri. 9am – 5.00pm).
We reserve the right to charge for aborted/cancelled deliveries at the quoted rate, when it is not deemed the fault
of CS Communication Services Ltd or our shippers.
3.4 We reserve the right (when it is not deemed the fault of CS Communication Services Ltd or our shippers), to
charge storage costs after a period of 4 weeks, when agreed delivery dates, or site delays, beyond our control
postpone or delay delivery schedules.
4. VALIDITY
This offer is open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless previously withdrawn.
5. CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from the invoice date. These terms may be varied depending upon the nature
and length of time to complete this work. Credit terms are subject to satisfactory credit status.
6. CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of an order after receiving that order may be subject to a cancellation charge.
7. VARIATIONS
All variations to the above quotation will require a separate purchase order or confirmation in writing adjusting the
original order value before work can be undertaken. Such variations will be discussed and agreed by both parties as
they arise.
8. INVOICING
8.1 25% of the order value is payable upon order, 50% of the order value is due on delivery with the balance payable
30 days following.
8.2 The equipment remains the property of CS Communication Services until the invoice is paid in full.
9. WORKING HOURS
9.1 Our working hours are based upon the normal working hour’s 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday but exclusive of
Bank Holidays.
9.2 Overtime will be charged at the appropriate rate, details upon request.
