•Introduction / The issue of a Detente plus Card implies the Customer’s (hereafter referred to as the Client or the user)
acceptance without reservation of all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to existing procedures.
•Definitions / The SEML La Clusaz - Société de Gestion des Activités Touristiques de La Clusaz, is a semi-public limited
company with a capital of 200 000,00 euros RCS ANNECY B 527 672 398 ; the headquarters are at 1 place de L’église – BP 6
Mairie de la Clusaz 74220 la Clusaz – N°Tel 0450326500 N°Fax 0450326501. They are responsible for the management, including
the gathering of information and collection of payment, of the Detente plus and Kid’s Rule cards. The Client is the person who
purchases one or more Detente plus cards, the user is the named holder of the Detente plus card. The card refers to the card
itself which is personal and unassignable and gives access to the services described below. •Special conditions / Tennis
court hire : Every player must be in possession of a valid Detente plus card. If only one player has a card, the other player must
pay the remaining half of the price of the court hire based on the « guest » rate. The activity park « Bélier Club », Flying fox and
Archery : Tickets for these activities are sold individually. Kid’s Rule and Detente plus card users must obtain a ticket for each
and every activity and trip. Archery: sessions last only 30 minutes. •The Detente plus card / The card is valid for the
duration noted on the card and may be used under the terms and conditions outlined below for the following: ski lifts, summer
luge, ice rink, kid’s leisure park, tennis court hire, archery, the Big ‘airbag’, the Aqua park (swimming pool entry only), the Confins
crazy golf and provides free access to the fee paying beaches on Lake Annecy (Angon and Talloires) as well as discounts on the
following activities: The Aqua park fitness suite : 9 € instead of 17 €, A full day hike* for adults and children (4-12 years) : 10 %
discount, Beginner and advanced Canyoning* (from 13 years): from 7 % discount, Half-day child’s climbing school* ( from 5
years): over 7 % discount, The Yves Pollet-Villard Via Ferrata*in La Clusaz (from 13 years and over 1m40cm ) : 5 % discount, Halfday mountain biking* excursion for adults and children (6-16 years): 10 % discount. *Activities are supervised and organised by
the La Clusaz Bureau des Guides.The list of activities included is constantly evolving so card holders are encouraged to consult
www.laclusaz.com in order to be made aware of any possible changes. The user must abide by the conditions and rules of each
service provider. The user must remain in possession of the card at all times during the different activities. Cards are strictly
personal and non-transferable. Detente plus card holders do not gain priority access to activities and must respect the rules and
regulations of each activity. The card is applicable to specific individual activities and not to group activities, e.g. for clubs or
associations. •Detente plus card Tariffs / Tariffs for Advance-purchase Detente plus cards purchased from hosts
registered with the Tourist office : Advance purchase card, valid 3 days : 33 euros / Advance purchase card, valid 8 days : 48
euros / Advance purchase card, valid 15 days: 94 euros / Advance purchase card, valid 22 days: 139 euros • Tariffs for Detente
plus cards purchased on arrival : Card purchased on arrival, valid 8 days : 64 euros / Card purchased on arrival, valid 15 days: 125
euros / Card purchased on arrival, valid 22 days: 180 euros •Detente plus card purchase method / Advance purchase
cards (from 28th June to 31st August 2014) The client must book his/her stay with a host registered with the Local Businesses
Association (SEML) at least 7 days before arrival. The client must complete the form which can be downloaded from our website
www.laclusaz.com and return it to the host at least 1 week before the start of the stay with a passport photo of each person
requiring a Detente Plus card including payment by cheque to « SEML La Clusaz». Documents sent in error to the Tourist Office
will not be treated. The host will collect the cards from the Tourist office and will give them to the clients on arrival. No advancepurchase cards may be collected from the Tourist Office. For cards bought on arrival (from 28th June to 31st August 2014). On
sale from: the Tourist office, Club des sports (for 8 day cards only) and the ski lift office on the Champ Giguet (for 8 day cards
only). Clients must provide a recent passport photo in a good condition. Cards may not be collected before the first day of use.
•Length of validity of Detente plus cards / Detente plus cards is valid for the duration specified on the card. •Payment
of Detente plus cards / Payment is accepted only in Euros; either by cheque from a valid French bank account and written
out to SEML La Clusaz; in cash, by credit card or by chèques vacances. •The cards / The cards are formatted like a numbered
credit card and are designed with an adhesive tamper-proof cover. The client must provide a recent, front view passport photo
to his/her host. Photocopies will not be accepted. The card includes information on the validity of the card (date to date) and
the name and surname of the card holder. General Conditions of Use are on the back. • Card Verification / The client must
carry the card with him/her at all time during activities. The card must be shown on request by operators. • Loss, destruction
or theft / In the case of loss, destruction or theft, a replacement card will be provided at a cost of 10€ plus a passport photo.
The number of the missing card will be communicated to all providers of activities for cancellation, in order to avoid any fraudulent
use • Force Majeur / In the case of heavy rain or unfavourable weather conditions resulting in the full or partial closing of one
of the activities, reimbursement will not be considered. Only a total cease of all activities over a period longer than one day may
give rise for compensation from the SEML: Clients may choose the form of compensation from the following: an immediate
extension of the length of validity of the card or a credit note to be used for the purchase of another card for the following year.
The Local Businesses Association (SEML) is in no way responsible for any damage caused on the activities. •Right of
Withdrawal / The right of withdrawal does not to apply to the purchase of a Detente plus and/or Kid’s Rule card, the cards
must be used during the specific pre-determined time period. • ReImbursement / Unused issued cards will be neither
reimbursed nor exchanged. • Complaints / Any complaints should be sent to the Tourist office “service accueil” within 15 days

[email protected] •Non-respect of the present conditions / The non-respect of a personal nature of the Detente plus
and Kid’s Rule cards will result in the cancellation of the card and contract. • Protection of personal data / The information
required to obtain a card is obligatory, if one or several elements are missing, the card may not be issued. The information given
is intended for the Local Businesses Association (SEML) only. In accordance with the French «Informatique et Libertés» law (the
law on data protection and civil liberties) of 6 January 1978, customers have the right to access or correct data relating to
themselves and also the right to object for legitimate reasons, which may be exercised by contacting the company in writing at
the following address: SEML LA CLUSAZ – 161 Place de l’église – BP 7 – 74220 LA CLUSAZ - FRANCE. In accordance with article
90 of the decree n° 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005 all persons may obtain a written copy of the present paragraph by simple
oral request or by writing to the relevant service. • Translation and the applicable law in the event of disputes /
In the event that these Terms are established in several languages, it is expressly understood that only the French version of these
Terms is applicable. Accordingly, in case of difficulty in interpretation / application of the provisions of any of these Terms, it will
be necessary to refer specifically and exclusively to the French version. These Terms are subject to French law both in their
interpretation and implementation. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
