Class Descriptions
Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips; improve
your athletic performance, help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Class has functional, integrated exercises
using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform. Reach your peak with Group Core!
This electric fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level,
while defining and shaping your body. Finish with some conditioning and a stretch.
An hour of power! Blast your muscles with this weight training workout. Adjustable barbell, weight, plates,
and body weight, combined with squats, lunges, presses, curls and functional training give an all-around workout: along
with dynamic music and lots of reps to get your heart rate up!
Get your cardio fix with 60-min of step training that improves your fitness, agility, balance and strength, with
athletic exercises that utilize the step.
Get fitter in only 30 minutes! It's as easy as riding a bike and in R30, riding a bike has never been better!
Burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and
end with a rush! Inspiring music and motivating coaches will ensure that EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!
Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms
drumming into an class that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired
movements.
Bootcamp- A freestyle class of simple skills and drills will drive you to cardio success! Increases speed, agility, strength
and stamina.
Zumba- A workout integrating body sculpting movements with Latin and International dance steps. The routines feature
aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms,
abdominals, and heart. A dance party in the workout room!
Mat Pilates- Redefine yourself through this core strengthening class designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and
posture as well as body alignment and breathing.
Yoga- a unique way to integrate mind, body and spirit. Helps to develop muscle tone and improve physical condition
through flexibility, balance and relaxation.
Cycle- Utilizing high-energy music and a motivating group environment… freestyle Cycle creates a stronger, leaner body
and conditions the legs and glutes.
Barre- a whole body muscle toning class done at a ballet bar that utilizes the basic principles of Pilates, Ballet and Yoga.
In addition to the Bar which challenges your balance, core strength and flexibility, light weights, small yoga balls and your
own body weight are used for a well rounded full body workout. This class is done in socks or bare feet
Chair Yoga- a unique class that combines regular yoga moves with the comfort of staying in a chair or getting on the
floor. This class combines mind, body and spirit to help you relax at the end of the day.
