EMPLOYMENT PLAN AND RED CROSS PRINCIPLES
HUMANITY:
Currently, this principle has an important expression in the defence and
recognition of rights of economic, social and cultural content. To promote
the access to the labour market of those persons with special difficulties
to find an employment means to reinforce their capacities and skills not
only of getting a worthy life but also to make them to feel part of the
well-being and the collective development.
IMPARTIALITY:
Many of the Employment Plan participants suffer or are capable of
suffering discrimination for one or I motivate other one (nationality,
religion, age, sex …).
VOLUNTARY CHARACTER:
In the frame of the Employment plan, the persons in situation of social
disadvantage, can play a role beyond the itinerary of insertion, taking
part, as volunteers, in other activities organised by Spanish Red Cross.
