Registration: Online registration begins March 23 rd midnight. Race packet pick up and registration will be at
the Hope House beginning 04/2 Saturday 5:30 to 9:00pm. Race day registration will be located at TT
start/finish and will open 7:30am and close at 8:15am. Race registration re-opens 11:00am at Criterium
start/finish and closes 45 mins before each race. No separate registration fee for individual events. Promoter
pays bikereg.com fee. No refunds of entry fees but are transferrable. Late registration fee and day of event is
$10.00 additional. Checks to be made out to The Hope House of Hospital and it’s deductible. T-Shirts are
available for first 100 registrants.
Time Trial will begin at 9:00 am. We have moved the Time Trial to the same location of the Crit Race. The
time trial will be cut to 3 miles and will be the first half of our old time trial course with no turn around on
Highland Colony starting at Cole Road and Highland Colony. The north bound pavement is acceptable but
going south isn't. So it's a one way TT.
Both north bound lanes of Highland Colony will be completely blocked off so you will need to come to the
course from the north. That is from Hwy 55 exit 105 c at Ridgeland to Highland Colony, at roundabout go left
which will take you south and the course is 3.5 miles south on Highland Colony. Parking for the event will be
at 385-B Highland Colony, Ridgeland MS, 39157.
Order of start: Jrs. Women, then Cat. 5, 4, 3, Masters, Cat 1-2. TT starting intervals will be 30 secs. Please
refer to map and park in designated parking area. No payout for Time Trial and points from TT will be
awarded 15 places deep for each category for the omnium. Hot Lap Points will be awarded mid-race of the
criterium.
The Criterium Race will begin at 11:00 Noon on Highland Colony Pkwy at Market Ridge Drive in Ridgeland. It
is just north of exit 9 Hwy 220.

BONUS $$. Team Bonus Award Points based on best 3 finishers from each team for each category listed,
with a team minimum of 5 members per category to finish the entire race. Provisional teams are allowed and
must be registered as such at registration prior to 11am.

Omnium Points Schedule: Total of combined points from these 3 categories.
Crit Placing/Points 1st-20pts, 2-18, 3-16, 4-14, 5-12, 6-10, 7-9, 8-8,9-7, 10-6, 11-5, 12-4, 13-3, 14-2, 15-1.
TT Placing/Points 1st-15pts, 2-14, 3-13, 4-12, 5-11, 6-10, 7-9, 8-8, 9-7, 10-6, 11-5, 12-4, 13-3, 14-2, 15-1.
Crit Hot Lap, 1 per race. Place/Points 1st-5pts, 2- 4, 3-3, 2-2, 1-1.
In event of a tie the final omnium placing will be settled by who has highest placed finish in the Crit.
Additional fee for the Gran Fondo on Sunday is $10 for all participants except Cat.1, 2s as it is complimentary
for them. The Cat 3 category has a minimum field requirement of 10 for Team Bonus award and Cat 3 will be
combined into Cat 1, 2 race with separate scoring and payout if less than 10. One day license available on
day of event for Cat 5 only.
Qualified racers are allowed to race multiple races at discount of $15 but their TT points will only count
toward one event. This will allow racers to help their teammates in the team bonus competition. Remember
that each team will have to have a minimum of 5 racers to finish in that category to qualify for the combined
bonus.
Saturday evening awards ceremony will be at 8:00 pm at the Hope House in Jackson, MS. Race
participants will be provided with a meal and beverages at the event as part of their entry fee beginning at
7pm. The event is coinciding with the Hope House’s 25 th anniversary and the public will be attending also.
There will also be a wine tasting and the price for the wine ticket is $25. There will also be a live band. The
event will be over at 10pm as the majority of you will be participating in the timed, non competitive Gran
Fondo Event on Sunday on the best course in the deep south. See Gran Fondo flyer for more information.
Free housing for 30 racers available at the Hope House based on racers distance from event and order
