Good morning, students and teachers. I would like to remind everyone that,
today, some of our students will be participating in the National Assessment of
Educational Progress. Teachers, please be sure to release those students 5 minutes
before the assessment is scheduled to begin. For those students who are participating,
please report to your designated locations on time. Every student selected to participate
plays an important role in measuring what students across the entire country have
learned in school. You have a chance to have an impact on future education policy to
improve education across the nation. It is important to participate and do your best.

The Library will be closed the entire day today – teachers are reminded not to
issue any passes to the library for any reason.
Ms. Feerrar would like to remind the Art Club members that their field trip
consent form and check are due today. You must stop down to the art room at some
point to hand it in if you are not staying for the meeting.
Attention all SGA members: Our next meeting is Monday March 6 in Mrs.
Dekmar's room. All Joe Corbi orders are due at that meeting. You must have a ride no
later than 3:45. If you cannot make the meeting, please see Mrs. Dekmar before
Monday.
All Lady Bear Softball players must hand in all physical paperwork to Mrs.
Meckes this week in order to start tryouts on Monday March 6th – please repeat.
Intramural Weightlifting has been cancelled on Monday, March 6th, please be
sure to take your bus home.
Attention all Actors and Actresses: Auditions for the spring musical Pirates
of Penzance will be held on Tuesday, March 7th from 3 – 5 pm in room B7. You must
have a signed permission form to attend the audition. Forms are available outside room
B7.
The PTO is sponsoring a Pie and Candle fundraiser. Order forms will be handed
out in homeroom today.
The lost and found is overflowing again, please stop down to the main
office during your lunch if you’ve misplaced a book, lunch box, article of clothing etc.
The lost and found will be cleared out this afternoon.
