• Walking tour of the Royal Palace – official residence of the King of Spain
• Experience the unique spirit of Spain in Madrid’s central Plaza Espana and Plaza Mayor
• Travel southwards towards Toledo
• Explore the 2000-year old Cathedral of Toledo
• Evening: Introduction to Andalusia – The Moors, the Inquisition and the Golden Age of Spain
• Overnight: Euro-Stars Hotel – Toledo, Spain
DAY #3 / Thursday / Jewish Quarter of Toledo
• Wind through the alleyways of Toledo’s old Jewish Quarter
• Tour of the Synagogue Transito and the Sephardic Museum
• Retrace the lost history of Jewish Spain at the now transformed Synagogue of Saint María la
Blanca and the Taller del Moro
• Look out across the city of Toledo from the Alcazar Fortress
• Evening: Travel southwards from Toledo to Seville

DAY #4 / Friday / Seville
• Tour of Seville’s famous bull-fighting ring
• Walk along the colorful Plaza de España
• View the tomb of Christopher Columbus in the Cathedral of Seville
• Travel to the Rock of Gibraltar on the Mediterranean – Enter the United Kingdom!
• Kabbalat Shabbat service with local Jewish community of Gibraltar

• Travel to Granada in the late afternoon
• Evening: Attend a Flamenco show in Granada
• Overnight: Senator Granada Spa – Granada, Spain
DAY #7 / Monday / Granada’s Al Hambra Palace
• Explore the world famous Alhambra Palace
• Stroll through the adjacent Generalife Gardens
• Afternoon tea in the Moorish quarter El Albayzín
• Sunset view of Granada from the Mirador de San Nicolás overlook
• Evening: Luxuriate in the traditional Arabic Baths at the Hammam de Granada

DAY #8 / Tuesday / The Sierra Nevada Mountains
• Discover Granada’s Cathedral & Capilla Real with the tombs of Isabella and Ferdinand
• Hike in the Sierra Nevada Mountains outside of Granada
• Return to the Granada airport and fly to Israel via Madrid
• Depart from Granada Airport and fly to Israel via Madrid on an overnight flight
DAY #9 / Wednesday / Introduction to Jerusalem
• Arrive to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport in the morning
• Meet Israeli guide and begin ascent to Jerusalem
• Welcome to Israel – Shecheyanu at the Haas Promenade overlooking the Old City
• Explore King David’s Jerusalem at the “City of David” complex
• Walk through Hezekiah’s ancient water tunnel under Jerusalem
• Free time at the Jewish quarter & Pizur lunch at the Jewish quarter
• Check-in & orientation at accommodations and rest
