Andrew Collier ’91 is seeking an opportunity to build on his experience and leadership gained
while serving in the United States Navy. Andrew has demonstrated strong strategic and
organizational skills, coupled with the ability to adapt to foreign cultures, and strong
interpersonal skills. Andrew was personally decorated by the highest-ranking military officer in
Japan for his contributions to the U.S.-Japan Alliance. He currently lives in Kaneohe, Hawaii
and is willing to relocate for work.

Responsible for the planning and execution of 11 U.S.-Israel bilateral joint exercises with a
$7.25 million budget, including the world’s largest Ballistic Missile Defense Field Training
Exercise, Juniper Cobra. Advised the Director of Operations (J3) on complex geopolitical
issues with Israel, and served as the Commander’s hand-picked liaison to the Israeli Defense
Forces during Joint Task Force Lebanon / 2nd Lebanon War of 2006.
Squadron Operations Officer, Electronic Attack Squadron 138
2003-2005
Chief Operating Officer of a 175-person tactical electronic attack squadron employing four
carrier-based tactical jamming aircraft valued in excess of $300 million. Prepared and
executed training plans and daily flight schedules to ensure readiness and completed a sixmonth around-the-world deployment that included the first-ever land-based combat operations
in Iraq of U.S. Navy EA-6B aircraft with zero injuries and a 100% mission completion rate.
