10lb Foamed in Place Core:
At EMS engineering has always come first, and it shows. Currently all EMS insulated doors utilize a very specialized
foamed in place construction process that features an unprecedented 10lb closed cell foam core. The robust nature
of foam core eliminates the need for other framing materials to be used which in turn eliminates a whole host of
problems ranging from warping to moisture take on and insulation issues. The next best completive options all uses
a 2-3lb foam core with a wood or aluminum frame.
