To the Membership of French Creek,
As a member of French Creek Golf Club, you have been instrumental in the success of the club thus far. The
extraordinary value of French Creek Golf Club is directly linked to the quality, integrity and support of the members
of the club. We believe you will agree that the most successful private clubs are those built around the foundation of
enduring relationships and social camaraderie between friends and associates.
Our primary goal is to strengthen the membership base of the club which will provide the continued financial
foundation to support the consistent improvement of your extraordinary club.
A robust and growing membership base will help to stabilize our dues structure and increase our initiation fee
requirements. We are committed to the concept and fundamental of having “more members paying less dues”
rather than the industry trend of “less members paying higher dues!”
This past month we hired Creative Golf Marketing. Creative Golf Marketing is a boutique firm that provides
customized marketing and consultation services for the private club industry. Since their inception, in 1990, Creative
Golf Marketing has successfully performed membership marketing services and consultations for over 1,300 private
clubs, including golf, country, tennis, yacht and city clubs in the United States and Canada. The company works with
a limited number of private clubs each year in order to provide each client the individualized attention they deserve.
Creative has been awarded the “Membership Marketing Firm of the Year” for fifteen of the last seventeen years.
They have created “a message, a mission and the tools” necessary for each of our members to participate in the
membership growth and financial success of the club. To that extent, we would like to share with you an exciting
membership development plan for French Creek Golf Club.
To enhance the dissemination of this exciting information, we are hosting a reception which will include Steve
Graves, Founder and President of Creative Golf Marketing! We would like to invite all members to the club on
Friday, April 7th, for complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. An
informative presentation will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. where we will describe and explain in detail the club’s
new dynamic membership strategies!
Your attendance is highly encouraged and will be greatly appreciated for this important and informative membership
gathering. We need you to be an integral part of this initiative!
Respectfully,
Mindy Fortin, Thad Fortin and Rich Miller
French Creek Golf Club
P.S. Each member attending, our membership presentation, will receive a certificate for a complimentary round of
golf with a free cart for two! So that we may properly plan for this event, please R.S.V.P. to Katie Sangerman, Director
of Membership Services, at (610) 913-6330 or you can email Katie at [email protected].

Season Long Events
Entries are open for all Season Long Match Play Championships. New this year to the Season
Long Events are the Senior & Super Senior Club Championships. By clicking HERE you can
find descriptions on all Season Long Events.
All players must sign-up by using the Tournament Registration via the website. After logging
into www.frenchcreekgolf.com, navigate to the "Golf" page and click on "Tournament Registration." This will take you to the Event Registration and Information Page. Please note that
these events are open to all Golf Members and entries must be received by April 23rd.
After entries close, the deadlines for each of the matches will be determined. The deadlines
will be strictly adhered to in order to complete the matches in time for our Closing Day
Tournament in October. We will do our best to spread out the deadlines as to make it easier
for scheduling.
Please call or email the Golf Shop if you have any questions.
Follow us on Instagram!!! (frenchcreekgolfshop) Throughout the year we will continue to
post pictures of new merchandise as well as tournament information and results.
March Re-Gripping Special
Did you know you should regrip your clubs approximately every forty rounds or once a year!
A worn grip can cause slippage, which in turn causes off-center strikes and can lead to poor
distances. For the month of March, all grips will be 15% off. This is a great chance to get
your clubs ready for the new season! If you are interested, please contact Mike in the Golf
Shop.
