Warmest Regards, Kim Clark Wedding Coordinator East Maitland Bowling Club & East’s Leisure & Golf Club Important Conditions An attendance of 80 adults or more guests is required to purchase the Princess Wedding Package. Organisers of the wedding will be at all times responsible for the conduct of their guests and must also be a club member. All club internal rules must be strictly adhered to: ie. dress code, trading hours, standard of behaviour, entry into the Club (5km radius). Any specialised cleaning or repair due to damage caused to either room will incur a cost to the individual responsible for the wedding. Organisers must also be responsible for persons under the age of 18 years. Illegal alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. The responsible service of alcohol (intoxication) legislation must be adhered to. Failing to control intoxicated persons or those under the age of 18 years of age could result in the function being cancelled or offenders being removed from the premises. The on‐duty supervisor has complete authority over this matter. The Club will take all necessary care and attention, but accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of merchandise or equipment left at the club prior, during or after any weddings on the premises. Due to Food, Health and Safety regulations, any food not consumed by 9.30p.m. will be removed from tables. Wedding cake excluded. No BYO food or beverages are allowed on the premises. This package and its inclusions (including price) cannot be amended in anyway. If you wish to remove or not take advantage of any of the inclusions in this package, the package price per guest will not be reduced (it will remain the same). Once you decide the Princess Package is suited to your wedding and agree with all the terms and conditions, an initial deposit of $1500 is to be paid. A payment schedule must then be adhered to: 1. $1500.00 instalment must be paid 6 months prior to your wedding 2. $1500.00 instalment must be paid 4 months prior to your wedding 3. $1500.00 instalment must be paid 2 months prior to your wedding 4. The remaining balance must be paid and finalised, along with the final numbers, seating plan and guest list, 14 days prior to your wedding. The Princess Wedding Package is $150.00 per person Based on 80 adult guests this package would cost a total of $12,000 In the event that you wish to cancel your wedding or reception for any reason, any paid money will NOT be refunded. We do not wish to disappoint you in anyway, however if this condition is not acceptable please consider one of our other wedding packages. All centrepieces will come assembled with all accessories included. Photography The Princess Wedding Package includes a professional and award winning photography package by one of our photographers, all you have to do is choose which photographer you would prefer. (this open account is strictly only for use by the bridal party, it does exclude all guest’s).
