Canterbury Park Hires Robert Wolf as VP of Finance

Shakopee, Minn. -- Canterbury Park officials today announced the hiring of Robert M. Wolf as its Vice President of
Finance. Wolf will oversee accounting, finance, and purchasing for the publicly held, Shakopee, Minn. based pari-mutuel
horse racing, casino card games and special events entertainment company.
“We are fortunate to add Rob Wolf, with his extensive expertise and knowledge, to the Canterbury team,” Randy
Sampson, Canterbury Park’s CEO and CFO, said. “Rob has more than 20 years of public accounting and industry
experience as both a controller and CFO. During his career, he has overseen accounting, financial planning and analysis,
purchasing, and risk management at companies of similar size to Canterbury Park. In those roles, Rob has dealt with
complex business and tax issues, as well as strategic planning, skills that will serve our growing company very well.”
Wolf earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and an MBA from the University of St.
Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. He previously served as CFO for two public companies in the Twin Cities, Rimage
Corporation and MGC Diagnostics Corporation.
