to recommend that Council negotiate for landmazk designation of the property HPC recognized that 211 West Hopkins Avenue is the best example of the Pan Abode style in Aspen and as such recommended that Council pursue every possible avenue to ensure preservation of this property building more HPC unanimously requested that the for the first 3 years of the 10 year time for discussion three years Partnership whose address is 11414 Marple Avenue Hebron Illinois 60034 represented by attorney John Kelly of Oates Knezevich Gardenswartz Kelly P C has applied for a building permit to demolish the
