Lemonade
- 2 parts Blue Hawaiian Punch
- 2 parts Lemonade (I use Country Time Lemonade)
- Ice Cubes
- Optional: Lemon Slices & Blueberries
- Optional: UV Blue Vodka (for adults!)
DIRECTIONS:

Pour ingredients into a punch bowl or serving pitcher.

Mix with a spoon and voila! A sweet summer drink for all
to enjoy!

Leticia’s Frozen Hurricane
(N’Awlins Style)
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Jamaican Dark Rum
- 1 oz Bacardi 151
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 3 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 2-1/2 cups Ice
DIRECTIONS:

Put all the ingredients into blender.

Add ice and blend until slushy.

Pour into a tall high-ball or large margarita glass.

Michelle’s Michelada
- 1 Lime (cut into quarters)
- Kosher Salt
- 3/4 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 oz Mexican Beer (Modelo, Dos Equis, Tecate, Pacifico, Corona)
- Ice Cubes
DIRECTIONS:

Rim the outside of a tall, chilled pint glass or mug with 1 quarter
of the lime. Pour salt on a plate. Press the rim of a glass into the
salt to rim the edge.

Squeeze the rest of the limes into the glass. Drop the limes in the
glass. Add the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Fill glass with
ice, add beer, stir, and enjoy!

Paula’s White Sangria
- 6 cups Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc
- 1/4 cup Superfine Sugar
- 1 cup White Grape Juice
- 1 cup Club Soda
- 1 Nectarine, Pitted/Cut into Wedges
- 1 Tangerine, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Seedless White grapes, Halved
DIRECTIONS:

In a large pitcher or other container, combine the wine and sugar
and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining ingredients,
excluding the club soda, and mix well. Place the pitcher in the
refrigerator and let the sangria sit for at least 1 hour (and up to 4
hours). The sangria will sweeten with time, so the longer it sits,
the better. Just before serving, stir in the club soda and ice cubes.

Chocolate Mint Smoothie
- 3 cups of Cold Milk
- 1 package (4 serving size) of JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup of Chocolate-Mint Candy Pieces or Chocolate-Mint Chips
- 1 cup of Ice
DIRECTIONS:

Place ingredients in blender and cover.

Blend on high for 90 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Rochelle’s Summer Sangria
- 1 bottle of Red Wine (your preference)
- 1 Orange, 1 Lime & 1 Lemon (cut into wedges)
- 1 or 2 shots of Gin
- 1 Cup of Raspberries (you can use strawberries too)
- 4 to 5 cups of Ginger Ale
- Sugar (1 or 2 tablespoon to taste)
- 1 small can of Diced Pineapple with the Juice
DIRECTIONS:

Squeeze the juice from the orange, lime and lemon into your pitcher with the wine, put in the wedges, add
the pineapple, sugar and gin (chill overnight). Before serving add the ginger ale, berries and ice.
