ABOUT THE SPEAKERS Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze has been Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and EuroAtlantic integration since April 2016. Prior to her current position, she was a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, serving as First Deputy Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee and leading Ukraine’s Parliamentary Delegation to NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly from 2014. Since mid-2011, she has headed Yalta European Strategy, an independent international network promoting the development of fair, democratic and prosperous Ukraine and supporting reforms necessary for Ukraine’s European integration. From 2002 to 2007, she worked as a correspondent for BBC Radio’s Ukrainian Service in the USA and Caucasus. Daniel Bilak Director, UkraineInvest Chief Investment Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Daniel Bilak has been Chief Investment Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine and Director of Ukraine Investment Promotion Office (IPO) by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine since November 2016. Daniel leads the IPO, with a mission to attract investment into Ukraine through outreach to and collaboration with investors seeking to enter the Ukrainian market, thereby contributing the development of a strong and independent private business sector and Ukraine’s economic growth. A Canadian-qualified lawyer, Daniel has over 25 years of experience working in the private and public sectors in Ukraine, advising major international and Ukrainian clients in the energy, agribusiness, infrastructure and technology sectors, regarding investment and regulatory issues in Ukraine and the region. As Director, he was in charge of operations in Russia, Ukraine, and the CIS countries for eight years. Mr. Shmorhun has served on many boards, including the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, DuPont Khimprom CJSC, and DuPont Russian Coatings CJSC. Since 2010, John Shmorhun was the President of Harmelia, a portfolio company of SigmaBleyzer. Mr. Shmorhun is CEO of AgroGeneration. Andriy Kolodyuk Chairman of Supervisory Board Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association www.uvca.eu Andriy Kolodyuk is a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor, founder and managing partner of AVentures Capital. He started his entrepreneurial career in New York in 1992 and eventually founded and built over 10 companies in IT, telecom, internet and media with $1 billion total revenues. In 2008 he founded Divan.TV, one of the pioneers of TV streaming OTT service available in 200 countries worldwide. In 2012, Andriy launched AVentures Capital, a fund focused on early stage IT and web-related projects focused on global market with technology teams based in Ukraine and the CEE. In August 2014, he initiated the UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association). Andriy has been a Young Global Leader (from Ukraine) of the World Economic Forum since 2008.
