Welcome to the first issue of Inside Lolalandia™, where we
share exciting Lola Lola™ developments with our trusted team
and partners. This November marks a momentous occasion
with the passing of Prop 64, and the overwhelming approval of
adult marijuana use by California voters. As a well-established
California brand, we are thrilled to be positioned to blaze the
trail of the adult use market.
We created Lola Lola™ in 2015 knowing that one day soon our
state would represent the largest cannabis market in America.
We now find ourselves in the position to lead the 2018
adult use retail boom with an established consumer brand,
a premium and market-tested product line, and streamlined
operations.
We could not be more thankful for our success thus far
and our opportunity to continue delivering experiences that
inspire the expansion of the mind, community, and overall
wellbeing of humanity.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT. MEET MATT GEDDES!
Why did you want to be a part of Lola Lola™? I want to be a part of Lola
Lola™ because I know this is going to be the company to show the world
the true characteristics and healing properties that this incredible plant
can offer. In the fifteen years I’ve been in this industry, I’ve never met a
group of people so passionate, so dedicated, so loving and so eager to
show the world this beautiful plant. I know I found my home because I
found people who are not only as passionate and driven as I am, but just
as big of geeks as me when it comes to cannabis.
What’s your Lolalandia™ magic power? I have a magical gift of spreading
insane amounts of love. Whether it be a joint, a dab, a hug or a smile,
my magical powers are to make you feel great.
Which brands do you admire most in the cannabis industry (besides Lola
Lola™ of course)? I don’t have one particular brand that I admire the
most in this industry. The brands I admire are the ones that are actually
helping, the ones giving back to our society—free medicine to cancer
patients, food for the homeless, money for shelters. Any brand that helps
and gives back in my opinion is an amazing brand.
What’s the last book you read? Tribal Leadership, by Dave Logan, John King and Halee Fischer Wright
What’s your favorite strain? My favorite strain would have to be the original skunk #1 A phenotype that was originally created
in 1972. This is the perfect terpene profile. Skunk 1 is a cross between Afgani, Acapulco Gold and Colombian Gold. These
are all father strains to some of the most popular genetics today. Girl Scout Cookie in my opinion is the closest to the
original Skunk 1 when it comes to flavor, high and profile. It’s my go-to strain when I can’t find Skunk 1.
PARTNER SPOTLIGHT. MEET ZOE PHILLIPS!
What is your company name and position? I’m a Partner and Creative
Director at RADbranding.
Why did you want to be a part of Lola Lola™? It was the people (“The
Mikes”, as we call them) and their vision to create something great.
It’s not every day you get to partner with a team that shares the same
enthusiasm about creating a groundbreaking brand and, of course, that
can back it up with a pretty amazing product. We all wanted to make
something beautiful, something that would stand out—to be pioneers
within this category. Over the years we have become a family of sorts,
which really embodies the true essence of the Lola Lola brand itself –
it’s all about love and the magic that ensues when part of Lolalandia. What’s your Lolalandia™ magic power? That’s a tricky one. Passion is
definitely a magical power. I have heaps of passion for design. I also
have a burning passion to help all kinds of animals.
Which brands do you admire most in the cannabis industry (besides Lola
Lola™ of course)? I’d have to say Kiva has always been one of my favorites. Their edible range is beautiful, well thoughtout and intelligently designed. Another brand that really stands out is Lord Jones’ high-end design. It looks like it should
be on shelves at Barneys New York. These are the kinds of brands, along with Lola Lola, that are changing the face of the
cannabis industry.
What’s the last book you read?
I have a 6-month old daughter, so I’m mostly reading children’s books to her. That said, I’m currently juggling
between Moonwalking with Einstein by Joshua Foer and Adultery by Paolo Coelho.

NEW PRODUCT FEATURES!
WE’RE 100% CLEAR.
Coming out of the San Diego Cannabis Expo in July, we were able
to solidify our relationship with a new state-of-the-art extraction
facility, moving all Lola Lola™ vape products to the solvent-free,
clear method of extraction. The result is our 100% pure and
uncut Golden Clear™ oil, recognized for its superior aroma, taste,
purity and consistency.
We first brought our Golden Clear™ to market with our vape
cartridges, featuring our most popular strains: Lemon OG,
Sunset Sherbet and Tangie. This month, we will introduce two
new cartridge strains: Sour Diesel and Jack Herer.
We are also thrilled to bring Golden ClearTM to market in our
premium disposable vapes, and proud to be the first to market
with pushbutton technology in a disposable device. The
disposable vape will be available in Sour Diesel and Jack Herer,
and offer 70%+ THC content. Look for these to be on shelves in
the new year.

DISPOSABLE DAY & NIGHT VAPES
Also in production for Q1 2017 launch, our disposable daytime
and nighttime vapes feature 30-40% THC content and are also
loaded with pure Golden Clear™. The daytime/nighttime vapes
are an intuitive way for customers to rise and shine with sativa
blends, or rest and recharge with indica blends. The product will
initially launch with Orange Oracle and Lola Lime for daytime,
and Astral Apple and Karma Berry for nighttime.
3 Cone Kit (1.5G)
SUPERFRESH CONES
In September, we retooled our cones kit packaging to further
enhance freshness, flavor and convenience. The kit features 3
individually tubed cones, and the lighter has been removed for
shipping and safety concerns.

This fall we effectively figured out how to scale our signature
“wax heart” production in order to meet client demand. This
trademark Lola Lola™ design is just another example of how we
effectively build our brand in the details of all our products and
experiences. Look for full-scale productivity come December.

Lola Lola™ is off to an amazing start in Los Angeles, having secured 25 new retail partners
in our first two months in market. We are excited to be represented by Matt Gedes. Matt
comes to us from an executive sales position at Bloom Farms, where he worked for the
past two years.
LOLA LOLA™ + SHOW GROW =
Show Grow is one exciting new partnership coming out of the LA market that we’d like
to call attention to. The company owns and operates 16 shops in Southern LA, as well
as one in Las Vegas, NV. Show Grow contacted Lola Lola™ directly when the buyer came
across our brochure in a sample box. Show Grow is interested in promoting our NoCal,
sun-kissed artisanal flower, and is equally excited about our concentrates. We’re thrilled to
be working with this retail trendsetter!

OUR FACILITIES
Lola Lola™ Farms
Our cultivation facility in Mendocino has completed its first two rounds of licensing
regulation. In October/November, we harvested our new strains which will be featured
in flower, cone and Golden Clear™ products: Sweet & Sour OG, Chem Dawg, Purple
Diesel, Blackberry Kush and Cookies OG. This December/January, we will initiate
the planned expansion of our greenhouse facilities up to 10,000 SF under new
Mendocino Law, featuring state-of-the-art light deprivation technology.
Lola Lola™ Fulfillment & Sales Center
In October, we opened our 3000 SF production and sales facility in the Bay Area,
allowing us to step up production to meet sales demands. The facility will house
inventory and process fulfillment of all orders, as well as provide office space for our
sales and executive team. We are pleased to announce additional product scaling
and improvements available through our investment in state of the art equipment.
Our new cartridge filling machine allows 100 units to be filled in just minutes, and at
scale can effectively produce thousands of units daily. Our new heart wax molds and
CNC filling machine will also make it possible to produce thousands of units daily.
