k Kamchatka Bighorn hunts are all-inclusive from arrival in Petropovlovsk except hotels as needed. A ram up to 37-3/8” is included. From 37-4/8” to 39-7/8” add $1,000. Rams over 40” are charged at an add’l $1,000 per inch.
e Siberian Snow Sheep hunts are all-inclusive from arrival in Yakutsk, except for hotels as needed. The price includes one RT helicopter transfer from Yakutsk to the hunting area. Three hunters
minimum. These are great hunts with seasoned pro’s.
b Koryak Sheep hunts are all-inclusive from arrival in Petropavlovsk. Helicopter will be used to access the camps only. NO HUNTING is allowed on the same day of a flight. Helicopter (if needed) to Moose area is not included.
All hunts are fair - chase.
v Okhotsk Snow Sheep: Sheep are not found in good numbers – bring along good luck.
c Kolyma Sheep The Kolyma Mountain range hugs the coast north of Magadan. We first explored this region in September of 1990 and found very few sheep. The same results are found today. Be prepared for a real
hunt. The “Wild Sheep Foundation” does not recognize Kolyma as a separate sub-specie.

Read the entire section before signing the confirmation documents.
PRICE: Prices quoted are based on the latest information available to Safari Outfitters, LLC. (herein referred to as the ‘Company’) and are
subject to change at any time without notice. Some, but not all, items subject to change are: license costs, trophy fees, various fees levied by
governments or their agencies, air costs, and services based on foreign exchange rates.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Prices quoted are for one person, with shared accommodations, unless otherwise indicated. Transportation and/
or meals may or may not be included, as indicated. Land transportation and guide services at your point of destination are included, unless
indicated otherwise.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Approximate licenses, trophy fees, hotel bills before and after the hunt, cost of transfers, dipping, packing, and
shipment of trophies after hunt, sightseeing tours, alcoholic beverages, personal items, laundry, telephone calls, insurance, passport and
visa expenses, excess baggage charges, and gratuities are not included unless indicated otherwise.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT/CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: The deposit indicated confirms your reservation. The balance owing to the Company must
be paid at least 90 days before travel is scheduled to begin, unless otherwise specified.
Any cancellation of reservation must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the Company. Cancellation
charges shall apply under the following circumstances:
*If the hunt is cancelled more than 1 year prior to commencement of the hunt: The deposit will be refunded less a 30% administrative fee
and all expenses already incurred.
*Hunts cancelled between 6 months and 1 year prior to commencement of the hunt: The deposit will be refunded less 50% of the paid
amount, but not less than $2,000 per hunting client handling fee.
*Hunts cancelled less than 6 months prior to commencement of the hunt: The total cost of the hunt is forfeited, unless the client finds a
replacement hunter.
*If a replacement hunter is found, there will be a $1500 change fee for international bookings and a $500 change fee for North American
bookings.
The Company recommends that the client obtain trip cancellation insurance. If arrangements are cancelled by providers for any reason, the
Company’s only responsibility will be to refund any amounts paid that have not previously been paid to third parties. Receipt of a deposit
by the Company is acknowledgement that you have read and accept the terms and conditions herein.
POSTPONEMENT: A hunt can be postponed only if consent is obtained in writing from the Company and the hunt provider or Government
a minimum of 6 months prior to the originally scheduled dates. If hunt is postponed for any reason less than 6 months prior to scheduled
hunt dates, the full deposit is forfeited unless indicated otherwise.
GUARANTEES: None are made by the Company or the professional hunters for which we may arrange hunts. Guarantees of success are, in
some cases, illegal and none are intended or implied.
CREDIT CARDS: The Company reserves the right to accept or decline credit cards for payment of services.
INSURANCE: The Company recommends that you verify relevant insurance policies before leaving home. The Company does not carry any
insurance that insures you or your property. It is the responsibility of the client to purchase trip cancellation/interrupt-tion protection, baggage delay, travel delay and/or travel accident insurance.
INFORMATION: Upon request, the Company will advise you, to the best of its knowledge, about conditions that you may encounter while
traveling and will provide you with information that it may have regarding visas, international health requirements, permits, and other
information. The Company does not warrant, however, that any such information will be complete or correct.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY: The Company acts only as a limited representative for clients or their agents in engaging the services of companies or other persons to provide transportation, lodging, tours, guides, and other travel services. The Company and its employees are
not principals, partners, agents, or operators of any airline, carrier, hotel, tour company, guide service, outfitter, or any other provider of
travel services, and no provider should be considered to be an agent, employee, principal, or partner of the Company. The Company is not
responsible for the actions of these providers and has no control over the actual hunt, fishing trip, travel or accommodations. The Company
is not responsible for the field preparation of trophies. The Company recommends that the client oversee the entire preparation of trophies
to assure that they are properly caped, aired and salted.
Neither the Company nor its employees, officers, directors, agents, or affiliates will be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, or damage to any person or property (1) arising out of arrangements made on behalf of any person by the Company or (2) caused by or arising out
of travel or other activities undertaken as a result of such arrangements. Each person who participates in travel or other activities arranged
by the Company or its employees or agents does so at his or her own risk and assumes complete responsibility for the inherent risks and
dangers associated with the travel and other activities. Risks and dangers may be present at any time during a person’s participation in the
travel or other activities arranged by the Company and include, without limitation to: (a) adverse weather and other hazards of nature (b)
strenuous physical activity; (c) accidents; (d) disease or other physical ailments; (e) civil unrest.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: The Company reserves the right to decline or to accept or expel any person as a participant in travel, tours or
trips arranged by the Company, if the Company deems it necessary for the safety or comfort of other participants. Any person rejected or
expelled will not be entitled to a refund for unused services.
The Company issues vouchers subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, hotel or other services
are offered or provided, and the issuance and acceptance of such vouchers shall be deemed consent to the further condition that the Company reserves the right to make such alterations in the itineraries as it seems to them necessary or desirable, and to pass on to tour members
or individuals any expenditures occasioned by delays or events beyond their control.
AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION: The Company may offer travel arrangement services, including hotel accommodations. If not, Company will
relay travel dates and schedules as outlined by the outfitter or professional hunter. If airline schedules change, it is the responsibility of the
client to re-ticket as needed. Company does not provide travel services; therefore, it is the responsibility of the client to provide a copy of
their itinerary to the Company no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Hot Hunts and Breaking News
Mongolia:
While Mongolia is still one of our favorite hunting destinations, things took a change for the
worse in 2013. Permit numbers were reduced
due to some political issues in the government
and with that came price increases. Our own
Clark Jeffs was there in Oct. and can fill you in
on what the future holds. Hunt while you can!
Kamchatka/Koryak:
The land of fire and ice continues to be a great
hunting destination and with new NON-STOP
flights from Anchorage to Petropavlovsk, it is
simple to get there! Safari Outfitters opened this
region to hunting and we continue to offer the
best hunts on the Peninsula! Spring Brown Bear
or Kamchatka Bighorn in August...either way you
know you will be with the most trusted outfit in
the world!
Zimbabwe:
Year after year Zimbabwe produces
HUGE leopards. 2013 was no
exception with many happy
hunters and some big cats taken,

Tajikistan:
Siberia:
If you are a sheep hunter a great hunt to
consider is our Siberian Snow Sheep hunt!
Very few hunters get into these remote
mountains and you will have a chance to
see some of the most pristine country in
the world! Be in good shape as this hunt
often requires you to hike in some fairly
rugged country. Make your plans now for
2014 or 2015! We take only 4 hunters per trip and space is limited!
The hunting in Tajikistan is as good as or
better than ever before! Big rams are the
rule here and you can realistically anticipate taking a ram over 55” (average is
57”+). Sheep populations are excellent and
you can expect to see hundreds of rams!
You will be fully escorted by a member of
Safari Outfitters from arrival in Dushanbe to the Hot Springs Camp. You
will be allowed to take a ram of ANY SIZE with no extra fees. We have
been hunting this part of the world LONGER THAN ANYONE! We opened
Tajikistan in 1987 and continue to be the leader in this part of the world.
Nepal
Contiunes to be one of our top mountain hunts
in the world! 2013 produced more great rams! In
2012 we took a new world record and a couple
of our 2013 rams will rank in the top 5!! Make
plans now for fall 2014 and spring 2015 to hunt
Himalayan Blue Sheep!
