attendance is about 25 people with 2-3 Newcomers a week. Makes a donation to Area for $100.

Never Alone, Never Again - Mon, Wed, Thurs and Sat, 8pm -Pat GSR, - Dan J. from Minot represented
for pat.
Average meeting attendance is about 25-35 with about 1-2 newcomers per meeting. We are
making a donation of $100. Deb has resigned as G.S.R.A., and Dan J. was elected into the position.
Started stick topic format on Monday Night meetings. Minot will be hosting "Chilly Jam cook-off on
January 25 . The first speaker meeting for our Saturday meeting went extremely well.

Overcomers - Tues and Fri, 8pm - NO GSR - Tony represented, As of today we have $242.59 in the
account. We came prepared to make a $50 donation. On this coming Tuesday at our group conscience
we plan on setting up a prudent reserve we will also be preparing our beach party for some time at the
end of February or beginning of March. We are averaging 8-10 per meeting with a few newcomers here
and there. Our holiday potluck feast on December 7 was a success with around 20 people showing up.
Our rent continues to be paid thru buying of supplies, and work favors for the church.

every week. About 3 newcomers every Monday. Working on getting a bank account for this
meeting. Jade is still Charring, GSR, And Treasurer. Trying to find someone to Chair!!!!

going strong: around 20 people per week. 2-3 newcomers every week, Is still a candlelight meeting and
people seem to be enjoying it. Ryan is now charring the meeting^ _

Dopeless Hope Fiends - Tues. St. Johns, Thur. and Sat. United Methodist church 7pm. MT- Patty C. GSRattendance is sometimes up to 10-15 average 6-7 people. Still are doing badlands treatment center
twice a month usually we take a man and a women. Started a new late night meeting llpm-12am.
Decided to add a once a month 2 sat of the month potluck/ speaker meeting and are also looking for
speakers we will give gas and place to stay and food. If you would like to speak please call Randy or
Patty.

> The 5 Tradition Group-Saturday 8pm. Brethren Lutheran Church -Pat J GSR- We have recently grown to
a core group of members of 10-15 people. Average meeting attendance is 15. Recently elected Justin to
treasurer, but am going to be setting an account up for a treasury of $1,400. Literature is available at the
meeting. Sponsorship is growing part of our group. Upon filling sponsorship in structure we look forward
to be more involved in the Lewis & Clark area of NA.

January 25 and that Jamestown will be preparing to host a "Beach party" sometime in the up and
coming months. Also please bring to your groups that Dickinson will be hosting a Potluck /Speaker
meeting and will be looking for speakers for that and will provide for anyone to get down there. LETS
GET OUT THERE AND SHOW SUPPORT TO OUR AREA!!!!!

RCM - Nicole A.- Zach B.K. and myself attended the regional meeting held in Bismarck. It was our first
regional as RCM's, I am still learning so I am trying my hardest to bring back as much information as
possible. We discussed budgets for this year, and activities. It was discussed how it is difficult to pre plan

with because there is only one activities bank account. I apologize that I was not able to make it to the
ASC, something came up and I was not able to afford to take the time off from work. Feel free to call if

Alt. RCM - Zach B.K.- Regional went vary well and am vary glad to have the position to learn more about
what we do as RCM's and RCM A
Activities -Jake- Presem- NO changes, still looking for ideas for the next event planning in the process.
Also the next 2 crash meetings will be Williston February 8 in Williston and then April 19 in Newtown.

Lewis and Clark Area Service Committee Guidelines were approved and will be dispersed
between the Steering committee members and the next ASC.
New Business
ELECTIONS: Jade Alt. Chair, Baker Secretary, H&l Jake, Broch as Chairill Congrats one the new
positions ! and thank you for being of service!
Jade will be looking into Re-opening the women's meeting and is open for Subjections.
22 of February in Bismarck will be the GSR summery and Review to be going over the CAT.
and C.A.R reports and to gain all the groups Votes on the motions. The reports may be
downloaded at NA.org.
New contact lists are to be made up.
H&l in Bismarck county jail. 6month clean time requirement. Every other Wednesday, first
meeting is January 19.
Tony is looking for speakers to go into institutions in Jamestown. Must be cleared by the (NCIS)
to get into the institutions.

Motion to have Jake to start adhok committee to get information about getting insurance for
our Lewis and Clark Area. By next Saturday. All were in Favor
GSR's will be recommended to go to our website to check out our Lewis and Clark area guide
lines if they would like to know more about the service structure in our area.
