ANTIPASTO STATION — Featuring over 40 Italian dishes • Assorted Italian meats and cheeses • A grand
assortment of whole breads • Olives, peppers, tortellini, tomato and mozzarella salad, eggs in tuna sauce, tuna
wrapped peppers, crostini, focaccia, and much more
ARANCINI STATION — Risotto balls with assorted fillings fried to order and served with dipping sauces
ASIAN STATION — Pad thai, pork pot stickers, sushi, spring rolls, thai spring rolls, hot and sour soup
shooters, General Tso’s chicken and Asian rice
BARBEQUE STATION — Chicken and ribs served up with macaroni salad, potato salad, cole slaw, baked
beans, corn on the cobb, biscuits and corn bread
BAVARIAN GRILL STATION — Assorted wursts grilled to order and served with assorted mustards, and
other sauces and condiments. Also, hot German potato salad and sauerkraut salad
BREAD TABLE — A visual masterpiece of unusual and homemade breads and rolls with assorted butters.

COMFORT FOOD STATION — Roast turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, bourbon sweet potatoes, fresh
cranberry relish, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, and pearl onion gratin and homemade biscuits
CREPE TABLE — The crepes themselves are made to order. Choices of ham and cheese, chicken, vegetable,
and seafood fillings are available to choose from.
EPICUREAN’S CHINESE BUFFET — Cashew chicken, General Tso’s chicken, Beef and broccoli, egg foo
young, egg rolls, Chinese rice, fortune cookies and much more. Served in Chinese take out containers
GRILL STATION — CHOOSE FROM: Beef tenderloin, skirt steak, flank steak, prime rib, chicken, pork, lamb,
fish. Grilled to order and served with assorted sauces and salsas
GRILLED CHEESE AND TOMATO SOUP STATION — Our homemade tomato soup
Grill cheese sandwiches are grilled to order — Fontina on ciabotta, cheddar on onion, broccoli, anchovy and
provolone on Pain Italian, Brie and portabella mushroom on rosemary, goat cheese and tomato on Pain Italian,
Gruyere and prosciutto on Jewish rye, Brie and mashed potatoes with purple onion on Challah
GRILED MINI PIZZA STATION — Homemade focaccia dough topped by guests with over 40 toppings and
condiments and cheeses and grilled to order
HAMBURGER AND HOT DOG BAR — Hamburgers, blue cheese stuffed burgers, hot dogs, salmon burgers
and veggie burgers grilled to perfection and then offered with an assortment of cheeses and toppings and
sauces. • This is really a build your own burger bar
LIVE LOBSTER STATION — 1 ½ pound lobsters steamed to order and served with assorted sauces and
butters
MEATBALL STATION — 8 different meatballs and accompanying sauces served with warm garlic bread.
Classic meatball marinara, blue cheese stuffed meatballs with creamy onion tomato sauce, Buffalo chicken
balls with blue cheese sauce, Asian pork balls with sweet ginger sauce, Greek lamb balls with spinach and feta
sauce, Veggie balls with mushroom gravy, Salmon balls with lemon leek cream sauce, and Tuna nicoise balls
with Mediterranean sauce
MEDITERRANEAN BAR — Olives, grape leaves, hummus, baba ganoush, pita, tzatziki sauce, lamb and
chicken kabobs and tabouleh
MEXICAN BAR — A grand assortment of tortilla, flour and taco shells with all the filings and toppings.
Chicken , beef, shrimp fajitas made to order and filled with sautéed onions and peppers. Chicken enchiladas,
chili rellenos, Mexican rice, jalapeno poppers and quesadillas
MUSSELS — Mussels cooked to order with lemon, herbs, and a touch of cream in our authentic paella pan
PAELLA — A classic Spanish paella with chicken, shrimp, clams, chorizo and saffron rice made to order in our
grand authentic paella pan
The Epicurean Delight
PASTA BAR — A stunning and colorful array of filed and unfiled pastas sautéed to order with choices
of marinara, alfredo, white clam, roasted red pepper vodka and sausage ragout sauces. Some additional
condiments can be added in to your liking.
POTATO PANCAKE BAR — Regular and sweet potato pancakes cooked to order with a dozen or more
toppings
RAW BAR — Fresh clams and oysters, shucked to order, shrimp, mussels, mini lobster tails, crab legs, crab
claws, calamari, scallops, smoked salmon display, seafood salads and more with assorted sauces
SAUTE STATION — Choose From: Crab cakes, beef dishes, chicken dishes, sautéed to order tableside
SALADS TABLE — Locally grown baby greens with pistachios, raspberries, goat cheese balls and balsamic
vinaigrette tossed to order. Or pick any of the salads on the salad list.
SHRIMP 3 WAY STATION — Spicy shrimp, coconut shrimp and tempura shrimp prepared to order with
assorted sauces SPECIALTY PASTA BAR — A scaled down version of our pasta bar with 1, 2 or 3 different pastas sautéed to
order
SUSHI BAR — A variety of fish, seafood and vegetable rolls. Rolled to order and served with a variety of
dipping sauces
WOK TABLE — A grand assortment of vegetable stir fried to order served with egg fried rice and offered with
shrimp, chicken and beef.
